J Brooks Jewelers has been great at helping me design not one, but two custom engagement rings. When my first ring mysteriously broke, they were happy to help me not only fix it, but go through the redesign process to make the new ring exactly what I was hoping for. If turned out amazing, I couldn’t be happier! They also have let me come in at any time to get my ring cleaned, highly recommend them if you’re looking for a jeweler! Corrie was incredible!

I initially chose to shop at J.Brooks because of their wide jewelry selection (with options in my budget and pieces that fit in with my ever-evolving style), and stayed because their representatives and client care is unmatched! Jamie and team were phenomenal! Not only did they design the perfect ring for my now Fiancé, but they even played ball to help me lead her and her friends to believe that I hadn’t come in to design it yet, making the proposal a complete surprise. Honestly, I wish I could give them 100 stars. I can’t even begin to express the quality of items I have purchased. Their customer service and expertise is off the charts. Victoria has gone above and beyond to take care of all my orders personally. I think today marks the ninth item that I have purchased from them, and every single time they have blown my mind. Trust me, I’m picky, and my expectations have been far exceeded. Their diamonds take my breath away. All of my purchases are the highest quality with the most beautiful presentation I have ever experienced. Where do I start. So classy, so inviting, no pressure or pushing things on you that you don’t want, helpful in finding you things you may like, and the most beautiful jewelry of anywhere we went. Also the prices were competitive, which we did not expect! We ended up purchasing 3 rings over 2 months. Richelle especially was a PLEASURE to work with, and the owner John. They helped advise us and were on top of everything. Our rings
