Courtyard by Marriott Dothan

Very fast and efficient. All important information (bar and breakfast hours)
Was given at check in. Rooms are excellent. Clean cozy and have everything you need and then some. Great location. Food and entertainment choices within close proximity.

Love this place and its people! One of my favorites, Elena, the courtyard bistro is always making sure her guests are well taken care of at the bar! Thank you!

Elena is the reason I keep coming back here if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have had such an amazing and fulfilling experience!!! She does the most to satisfy her guests!

Last time staying there, they were doing construction. The new construction is finished and is really nice. We will be back

Stayed during the weekend so my kids can enjoy the pool before winter hits and begins to cool down the weather. Had an enjoyable time there, my kids were very happy. Tony was amazing, gave our kids free ice pops. Definitely will stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here for a week due to work. The rooms are clean and staff is wonderful. Tony has helped me immensely due to some payment issue in regards to utilizing my corporate card instead of my personal card. He fixed it really quickly with no hassle. Will definitely stay here next time im in town. Thank you for making me feel at home.

First off, Hailey was AMAZING! She was always so accommodating to us and our kids the whole time we were there even when I felt annoying, she was on top of her game with a (masked) smile! We appreciated that SO much after the week we had dealing with Ida. The other two gentlemen we encountered were also nice, but she was just wonderful!!
The hotel itself was great too. The bartender was amazing, and spot on with her recommendations of what to do (visit the botanical gardens)! The rooms were clean, spacious, and just overall awesome. The air could have been cooler, but it was comfortable in there regardless. The pool was chilly, but awesome once we got used to it. The hotel is walking distance to a bunch, and CLOSE driving distance to a bunch more! Definitely recommend, and will be back!

Our stay here was amazing the staff here had the best hospitality, Brandon, Candace, Mrs. Dortha in the front lobby and can’t forget about the lady that work the front desk with the boot on her foot. We will definitely be coming back here for our next stay.Thanks again for the amazing stay not to mention the beds were so comfy.

I can't say enough about the entire staff. I was greeted with a smile and an attitude of how can we serve you today. Tony went above and beyond to make sure everything was prefect. He had the best attitude that I have ever witness. I had a small problem at check out with my CC and he had that not a problem attutude and we will work through it, and that he did. I cant say enough about this young man and his positive attitude and willing to help.

The customer service at this hotel was AMAZING. When I forgot contact solution....Hannah actually went to Walgreens and got me some....AND delivered it to my room. It is rare to find that kind of service. The rooms were very clean and its convenient to several restaurants. They also have a nice bistro for breakfast. I wont stay anywhere else when I am in Dothan.

Sandra went above and beyond what were use to at a motel she made sure we're were very comfortable . Not to mention Daniele that came on shift while we were checking in they both were best customer service I have ever experienced.People could take a lesson from these two women of how to run a motel's front desk😊

Made the trip to Dothan from Naples FL during Hurricane Irma. What an exceptional town and what a terrific experience here at the Courtyard. Top notch front desk staff, awesome support and phenomenal housekeeping. Really a great experience through and through. The team here went the extra mile to assure those of us seeking refuge were comfortable, and even provided some meals on the house to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Top notch.

The hotel itself is terrific. My first time staying at a Courtyard, and I found it to be above expectations. From the pool and workout area, to the restaurant/bar area- heck, they even had a happy hour! Very pleased with our 3 night stay here and, thanks to their standard service and extra effort, will place Courtyard by Marriott at the top of my list when looking for accommodations in the future.

About once every 2 months we try and go out and get a break from life.
We usually go stay at the Fairfield because of it's convenient location behind Applebee's and The Toasted Yolk; however, this past weekend we didn't book online and instead just walked in. Apparently they were fully booked and had to turn us away...
We went nextdoor to the Courtyard.
SOOOOOOOOOOOO happy we did.
Such a great experience. This is definitely our new spot!
Clean indoor pool (no mildew smell), Starbucks, and a bar with a knowledgeable bartender. Very happy ❤

I am completely satisfied with my stay here. I needed to extend my say for 1 night at the last minute and originally was told the rooms were sold out. The front desk staff called around to local Marriot but were unsuccessful. To my surprise they called me 30 minutes later and told me I could extend my stay!!!! This is by far one of the best customer services I have experienced in awhile. Room, grounds, common place were all clean and well maintained. I wasn't impressed with the gym due to the lack of equipment but it was what I expected for a Courtyard.

I would chose this hotel again if I ever have reason to be in Dothan again. I'm a very light sleeper and I usually don't sleep very well in a hotel due to all the different sounds. The way this room was arranged, it was very quiet. There was a "buffer" zone on all sides of the bed. It was great and I slept very well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was no free breakfast.

Oh my gosh! Such an amazing place to stay! Everytime I go to Dothan, this is my choice of where to stay. And believe me, we've been there a lot! The front desk clerks and the rest of the staff are the best. The rooms are very clean from top to bottom. Bathrooms too. I cannot believe all of these negative and petty comments about this hotel! Yes, I said petty. If you want breakfast, there's an IHOP right down the road. If you want food that you can afford, go to McDonald's! There are plenty of places right there surrounding this place. Oh, boo hoo... I smell mold and mildew. I've never smelled it! The pool is great too. It's heated and yes, it's chlorinated. You people leaving nasty comments are acting as though you're a bit snooty and actually sound like you're just trying to get a fabulous place to stay for the price at a Hotel 6! There's one of those there in Dothan, by the way. Book yourself a room there if you ever stay in Dothan again. I can guarantee that you'll be dreaming of the Courtyard then! If any of your comments were/are true then why did you stay anyway? ...To the staff and manager at the Courtyard Marriott in Dothan, Alabama: You ALL are doing a great job. Your hotel is top notch. I've always loved it there. Never have I ever had a complaint. Nor do I expect there will be a reason to complain. Keep up the good work! You all are wonderful and you take pride in your work. It doesn't go unnoticed by your actual loyal customers/visitors! Thank you all for such amazing stays! God bless!

We had been driving all night and been turned away by a few hotels that did not have rooms. I called in the middle of the night and talked to the front desk receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. She held a room for us while we made the extra hour drive to get to the hotel. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided quick service. The room was very nice and clean. We only had a one night stay but I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Running from Hurricane Irma with no place to go, until we found this amazing Courtyard by Marriott in the tiny town of Dothan, Al. During an incredibly stressful time this hotel became our home away from home. I can never say "thank you"and "job well done" enough! They were kind, considerate,compassionate, bent over backwards, extremely accommodating and always always with a smile. Every single employee was outstanding. The Manager and Assistant Manager went above and beyond and I will always be grateful....so glad we found this hotel in this tiny little town. I give it a "10" and a high five!
