Jersey Mike's Philly Steak sandwich is just AWESOME! 🥩 The customer service at this store is just incredible! The food is delicous & the store is always clean!

I really wish I had grabbed her name for the sake of the review but I just want to reach out to give a five-star compliment for top notch service from the younger girl I want to say she's probably right around 19-20ish. She was working Saturday February 17th at 6:00 p.m... my home state is Florida and I am very used to Southern hospitality so it's been quite a struggle in Utah over the five years I've been here with just a mass majority of workers and restaurants never smile aren't very polite or friendly and always to be quite wanting very miserable but not here... This is the first place in an extremely long time I have been to that from the minute I walked in the atmosphere was very inviting and unbelievably friendly in a genuine tone. I don't know if you give out special bonuses or anything to your employees but this girl definitely deserves one because she was honestly like I said the first person that I have seen that friendly in years. I will definitely be back to this location

I love me a good cheesesteak and these guys always make it happen! Food is great, the workers are very happy and pleasant, never have to wait too long to get my order, and it is super clean. This is Friday night date night for my wife and I every week (she loves sandwiches). Highly recommended!

Had an awesome experience on 10/2/23. Walked into a very clean location. Eveything was neat, organized, well stocked, and freshly mopped at 5:30pm in the evening. We we're promptly greeted by Jose who was very friendly, pleasant, and personable. Food was prepared quickly and accurately and he tool the time to discuss some additional options and recommendations. Jose is that rare gem of an employee that every business is looking for right now, he deserves a ton of kudos! I was very impressed. You can tell he takes his job seriously as well as the customer experience. Well done!

Absolutely fabulous service and food! This past Wednesday, Elissia greeted me with a high energy smile, asked about my day - creating a great experience for my take out order. It was refreshing, especially in the middle of a long day. Her manager appreciated her customer service, complimenting her, and you could tell he's building a solid culture of recognition and engagement with his team. I highly recommend!

Been coming into this JM shop since it opened. Crew is always engaging and polite. Jose is awesome. Always asks about how your doing and keeps light conversation going, he displays an upbeat attitude and genuine feel to make sure you had a good experience at the counter. Man. What can I say about this place the crew working tonight 12/15/2023, blew it out of the ball park. Legit they deserve raises for their hustle and customer service. My first time at jersey mikes and man, I didn’t even know what to get. The homie at the front recommended a cold sammich, I’m now home and slammed it. Great recommendation. It hit the spot. He was so polite and just so nice about all of it and everyone around too, not to mention we were walking out and the manager gave us a free sandwich coupon on the way out. I mean…. They were so nice!!!! Thanks so much for making my experience so amazing guys. Y’all deserve a raise big time! it’s been awhile receiving genuine and authentic customer service.

Very polite and fast working employees to get your order to you made fresh. I had a Philly steak sandwich, it was GOOD! Freshly made, hot, and Delicious!! I didn't mind the wait because there were other customers ahead of me, I'm not impatient or entitled. With a smile of gratitude, I received my order and walked out HAPPY.

I only come back to this place for Alberto. He has such a great work ethic and gives awesome customer service. He also has a lot of gyatt.

Came in right at 10 am when they opened the door, was greeted kindly by Elissia, and was offered what she thought was the best sub sandwich on the menu. Unsurprisingly, she was correct, and the food was delicious, alongside the amazing customer service and the great atmosphere.

So I had never had a Jersey Mike's sandwich until this location opened up... I think I'm addicted.

The fresh made bread is epic, I love the cornmeal on the bottom. I only get the 13(Italian) and my wife the 18?(philly). It was so good I haven't been willing to try anything else...

Kayden has been there since day one and his customer service is always epic. Super nice. Brenda helped me out last night and was lovely happy personality.

The shop has always been clean or is being cleaned. Relatively fast for a made to order sandwich. 10x better than Jimmy John's. I blame the bread.

The food was amazing it is my new favorite sub place!
We have had Philly cheese steak sandwiches across the country and this one is tied for my #1 spot.
Elissia Freeman was the best! Such great service and so kind and efficient!

This goes out to Zoey, I came in the other day and was greeted by the biggest smile and felt so very welcomed. She made sure my order was correct and helped me sign up for the point system as well! Great customer service 100%!!

Every other Jersey Mikes takes so long but this one was so fast!! it’s so refreshing to see such good customer service! We were greeted by London and she helped us so easily! definitely coming back again._

I went in the other day and Zoe had helped me ! she was the sweetest little thing with the biggest smile on her face! Made sure everything was right and gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time . She was amazing at her job hands down !

a sweet boy i think named liam was so kind to me when i ordered a turkey sub the other day! such good management at this place. don’t find much of this these days. will definitely be coming back.

Caden and Alese( I may be wrong on her name) were very professional! They greeted me with such a wonderful warmth. I really enjoyed their conversation!

Generous portions of meat and very courteous service. I like to see my sub meat and cheese cut fresh.

Honestly there are three Jersey Mike's around the same place and this one is the best!!!! They're fast. if I order online, it's ready when I get there. All the workers I've had are really nice and it's clean. Bonus all around!
