Best Western Plus Port Of Camas-Washougal Convention Center

We stayed here a couple of nights so we could attend a rabbit show in Stevenson and we were very pleased with our stay. I am a major germaphobe so i typically have a hard time staying in hotels, but our room was very clean. I loved that the comforters on the bed were white so there’s no hiding any filth or reused bedding. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good! It’s also in a very beautiful and very quiet area which was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. My friend and I took advantage of the hot tub and sauna! Perfection!!! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only negatives we had was the lack of hot water! It might have been the day, but it was less than stellar. Lukewarm at best.
Other than that, we had an overall great experience!

Front Office staff pleasant, was very helpful when grandkids stopped by to use pool and needed towels. They were supplied shortly. Have stayed at Best Western Camas numerous times, each visit was very pleasant.

Very clean room. Wonderful efficient staff. Felt safe and had plenty of food items available when we had a snack attack at night. We love the pool & jacuzzi. Continental breakfast was very delicious. We will be back. Thank you, Marci

I found multiple items left in my room, so not properly cleaned!! That definitely did not come from myself nor my ten year old. One would be a beard trimmer attachment under the armchair and so much more.

This BW has a nice staff who went above and beyond for guests during the terrible ice storm Jan 14-17. The hotel is clean, breakfast was hot, prompt, tasty and well stocked every day. The front desk hosts are welcoming, competent and take care of anything you need in a timely manner. The cleaning staff was friendly, polite and graciously made us feel welcome and our room was very well kept every day even during the weather event, the employees showed up and worked hard to make everything good for us. Great location, right by the river, huge view of Mount Hood, a very quick drive from PDX. Would stay again there.

We stay here several times a year while visiting family. A couple of times they've messed up our reservation and gave us the wrong room but always made it right. I noticed we didn't get our rewards bag when we arrived this time but it's not a big deal.
The riverview suite is always our choice and it never disappoints... they aren't fancy rooms but they are efficient and clean. Make sure you walk over to the park and marina 😊.

Clean room, with a fireplace and a 2 person whirlpool bathtub! Also, downstairs is a large indoor swimming pool, large jetted tiled spa area and 2 person sauna! Everything about this hotel is large and nice... and check out the Puffin Cafe within walking distance...it literally floats on the Columbia river... awesome Caribbean style food!!

This place is always so well put together. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a quick convenience store in the lobby, which was a life saver. The pool and hot tub were in good repair as well.

Excellent staff - from the front desk to support staff, everyone we met was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The room was very comfortable - nice bed, the shower head is tall so no ducking required, the pool was very nice as well. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful - eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits (excellent!) and gravy, waffles (2 kinds), assorted pastries and muffins, etc.. The lobby has a nice coffee machine (complimentary) with a variety of drinks including hot cocoa. In back of the hotel is the harbor where you can walk along the pier - and the Puffin Cafe is right on the water. The food there is delicious. There are walking trails as well - we were able to walk into both downtown Washougal and downtown Camas (both about 1.5 miles away). From the hotel up to the trails in Lacamas was about 6 miles round trip. Beautiful views of the rapids. Lovely area.

Hands down one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. Super clean, staff was so nice, breakfast was amazing (they have potatoes!!!) location was convenient and the area next to the hotel was so cool. Hotel is next to the river and there is a beautiful walking area for the family. Kids loved the pool because it was actually heated. Hot tub was nice and the sauna was amazing. Took about 5-7 min to heat up and ready to use! This video is about a 2 min walk from the hotel.

Branden was very helpful with a room selection that met our needs. The room was very nice as usual. A great stay overall.

My room was really nice and clean. I stay here often and I've noticed the rooms are a lot cleaner over the last few months. I only gave Service 4 stars only because the complementary breakfast used to be better and have fresh fruit and my eggs were a little runny. The area here is beautiful with close walking trails and views of the Columbia river and Mt Hood. If staying in this area I highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.

We have stayed here many times before. It is a great location for both Camas and Washougal. The rooms are nice and have always been clean. They have breakfast in the morning which is typical for this kind of place. It is located right on the Columbia River and there is a great trail that you can walk along in the evenings or during the day.

We had a great stay ! The staff were top notch , the rooms were clean and comfortable and the morning breakfast was absolutely 5⭐... everything was fresh, well stocked, clean and so many choices! The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice way to relax in the evenings. And the location is right on the river with nice picnic area and walk paths to the water located a block away from the hotel.

Wonderful staff. Especially, Brandon (Day desk clerk). Woke up to a dead battery on our car. Brandon was able to help us with a jump start. So grateful.

Had a corporate board retreat here this week and it was fantastic! Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Our conference room was setup early as requested, and I was so pleased with their setup and equipment. Highly recommend this facility! Thank you Taylor and all your staff!

This is a Clean , comfortable and well appointed facility, which i have come to expect from a Best Western .
Aside of the spacious room, pool and other amenities, I must say the best part of our stay was how welcome we were made to feel by both Jazz and Jocelyn at the front desk. These ladies are friendly, accommodating, and despite my lack of preparation for my stay, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Much appreciated! I'll be staying again when I'm back in the area.
