Broadway Cafe

One of my coworkers introduced me to this restaurant today. It's a little mom n pops kinda place with some good old southern cooking, and man, was it good!

The hamburger steak and gravy were so good. l good I could have drank the gravy from a cup!

The wait staff never let me run out of sweet tea, and for you southerners yes it's really sweet tea!

I love this place the service is amazing and we get the food faster than I've ever seen not to mention the food is second to none I will definitely go over and over again 5 stars for sure 👍

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and the food was too die for. Go old Grandma's kitchen type place with a wonderful atmosphere. Would recommend anybody should try this dinner on our carry out.

If your looking for a down home cooked breakfast this is your place, a local owned cafe with the down home taste. I ordered the regular breakfast with eggs, grits, ham and toast. The grits are the real deal! Give this local cafe a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I love everything about this place... the people are friendly and the food is outstanding! This is, by far, the best little family café in the south.

Just traveling through and that by far is some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in good while.. very personable staff and seeing all the locals gather and talk like the old days .. this was nothing short of amazing. Wish I could give 6or more stars..

Stopped in the Broadway Cafe last week and was blown away! Country cooking at its best. The fried cornbread was great as well as the homemade chicken pot pie. Will definitely stop in again if I'm within 50 miles!

Had great service. Thank you so much to the waitress who helped us with directions and with telephone numbers! Wish I lived closer because I would have to stop by for some more of that good coffee! I actually stopped by there a few years back. Food was FANTASTIC!!! My next visit to see my doctor in Ashford, I will be stopping in again!! Anyone going to the beach.....schedule some time to have a meal here! Call in and let them make several plates to go!!Even if you have to go several miles out of the way.....it is worth it. Next trip , I want some of that yummy banana pudding!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Mrs. Barbara and staff provided an excellent experience for my mom and I at lunch today. This was my first visit and we look forward to returning again soon.

Mrs. Barbara always makes sure when you come eat, that you're welcomed in like family! I've been eating here since I was little, and I've never had a bad meal! One of my absolute favorite places because you can't make the wrong choice!

I love all their food but my favorite is the macaroni casserole with their hamburger steak. Great portions. Good prices. Wonderful people and atmosphere.

This food is excellent and everyone here is so sweet and friendly. A little pricey if you’re feeding a big family, but definitely worth EVERY penny. Taste like grandmas soul food.

I love country cooking! This place takes me back to both my grandmothers kitchens. I miss them dearly and greatfully appreciate this sweet reminder from this wonderful restaurant.
