I had an appointment with Ms. Anna-Brooke Harrison-Hall because I had a couple of issues that needed addressed. My wife and I were so very pleased with the care I received. She truly listened to our concerns and addressed each one. She was very personable and thorough. It is obvious she really cares about her patients. It was so refreshing to receive that level of care and we highly recommend her.

Dr. Anna and staff were perfect. They handled the chec-in process efficiently and answered all of my questions. Dr. Anna’s “bedside manner” and personality were perfect and put me at ease. I 100% recommend them.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ash for many years now. In my opinion no one could ask for a better doctor or better care than what I've experienced with him and his team. They're the best of the best

Initial visit with Dr. Ash, very impressed, almost no waiting time, polite, professional team throughout. Dr. Ash was very professional, yet personable and relatable. My daughter felt seen and heard, and genuinely cared for. I appreciated Dr. Ash’s genuine presence and his expertise.

Years of coming to Dr. Ash. Great service by staff and Dr Ash is one who will not talk around your conditions. He gives the facts of your condition and what you need to do.

Dr.ash and staff are wonderful

I gave this clinic two stars only because of the billing department. I received a bill about two months after my last visit. So I made a payment over the phone and clearly asked the lady is this all I owe and so I owe anymore. She said I am all done. I received a collections call. SmH

I have been going to see Norma McKnight for more than 3 years. She is very good, but now that they quit taking VA Community Care Network (Optum)/UnitedHealthcare) I will go somewhere else. It cost me $35.00 plus loss of travel pay per office visit now. With the VA it cost 0 dollars out of pocket plus travel pay.

I loved the office when Norma McKnight, Nurse Practitioner was there. I have been to Dr. Ash once. Issues with billing - and - I prefer Norma over Dr. Ash. I will not be returning to this office.

Will never come to this office again. The female doctor I seen was complaining about if she would get paid for her services.(Although I had great insurance and paid a copayment of $50 up front) She spent a total of 10 minutes with me and told me that she couldn’t help me and I needed to loose weight. Didn’t ask me about what was going on with me or nothing. Just pure judgement.

Told me my appointment time was for a certain date and time. Got there at the specified time and they told me it was several days prior. 2 different appointment stations in the office and neither one communicate with the other. Poor Customer service
