I have used them for several years, from the time I was a pregnant 17 year old, to now over 10 years and several visits later. I have never felt negativity from the staff and everyone I encounter is usually friendly (who doesn't have a bad day once in a blue moon). I very rarely have had to wait longer than 30 minutes and usually if I do it is communicated that I may experience a wait before I even schedule for that day due to the provider being on call (I am picky with who I see and they are fine with that). I don't feel rushed when they come into the room, and feel comfortable with the care. I have been through several pregnancies and births with most of their providers and they have all done a wonderful job. My last birth I had a doula and VBAC and they honored my wishes and it was an amazing birth experience.

I’ve been using them for 17 years and I’ve never experienced a problem with them. Staff has always been friendly. I’ve referred them to several friends and family. Both my best friend and mother in law have switched to Dr. Mullins. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen and Dr. Mullins takes time to answer any questions and concerns you may have whether on a regular check up or pregnancy. His nurse is also the sweetest.

I was a patient at womens health care today and Mrs. Heath was my doctor I was so nervous about going to my appointment because I was treated poorly in the past by doctors with no customer service skills and bad bed side manners so I havent been to one in 8 years, But Mrs.Heath was very nice and caring and she listened to all my concerns I am so very appreciative of her.

Today was a year ago, I called Dr Dozier’s office to check a lump in my breast. His wonderful nurse, Lauren, got me in quickly and had me an appt for more tests and with a surgeon by the end of the appt. Thanks to his expertise and care, I was able to begin treatment quickly. He has continued to care for me throughout my treatment. He saved my life 22 years ago when I was pregnant, and saved it again last year !

I transferred to this clinic from an office in Florida because I moved back to the area. I have never seen these physicians for anything other than pregnancy care so I cannot speak for their other services but as far as prenatal care goes, they are fantastic! My first appointment here was for my anatomy scan - I was on time but my boyfriend was going to be late and he likes to be there for the ultrasounds, they let me be skipped until he got there and when it looked like he was going to be extremely late I went back and the ultrasound tech took extra time with us so that he was able to see her when he got there (she also gave us free samples! :)). I have since been going through the rotation of doctors and now have appointments every two weeks. So far I adore each of them and cannot wait to go through the labor experience at Women's Healthcare of Dothan.

I love it here. Even as an awkward 17 year old it was a comfortable and friendly environment.

Now at 28 and in my first pregnancy I couldn't imagine a better team of professionals. I'm always greeted with a smile from the moment I walk in by the receptionist, to when the nurse calls me to the back, and by each doctor I have met. Everyone has such a friendly disposition.
I especially hold the nurses who have to deal with drawing blood from me on a higher pedestal because since day one they've been so patient and kind.. they even hold my hand through it all. (Yes, im that patient lol.)

So any woman who is new to town or just looking for a great team of experts to trust and feel at ease with.. look no further, this is the place.

Everyone at the center is very nice and helpful. I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes before being called back and Dr. Dozier is amazing. His bedside manner and tendency to talk about normal things during the exam makes one comfortable despite the general awkwardness of the procedure.

Doctors are great there, everyone was really good during my pregnancy, I don't get to use my regular doctor(dr butler) but I had dr Johnston and she was great. I'm still here for regular check ups.

The staff is the reason I chose to stop coming to this office and switched providers . The nurses , especially dr Nichols nurse , have a very condescending and rude attitude towards patients . You will almost feel like you are a burden to them when you call and ask a question . The front desk staff is no better - I came to get my records yesterday and when I asked the lady at the front desk if I could wait for them to print in the waiting room she stared at me , rolled her eyes and walked away . Oh and lord forbid you have to talk to someone who is on call. They’ll act like you ruined their whole weekend and make you feel about two inches tall.

I have seen Dr. Dozier about 6 times since early 2019. His nurse, Lauren has taken over 7 days to return my phone calls. She never returned my last one regarding a lab bill that she told me would be over $200 less than what it was. I pay out of pocket and require pricing up front so that I can prepare financially for procedures. I ask the front desk, the nurse and the Dr. what the cost out of pocket for my procedure is going to be. After my procedure I pay in full before I leave. But it NEVER fails.... a few days go by and I receive a bill for hundreds of dollars I wasn't prepared for. I pay these expenses by using pay my provider on the care credit website and 3 weeks later I get another bill with end of month type charges on it. I then have to call and tell them all my payment information and confirmation number etc. All while receiving attitude. I've dealt with the bs long enough. I will not be returning for follow up care.

I’m 23 weeks pregnant with my second child. My first child was delivered early via c section because of preeclampsia. My doctor with my first pregnancy retired so I decided to try women’s healthcare. I originally was seeing one doctor who told me my baby had a 50% chance of having spinia bifida or some other defect I was also mailed the wrong lab results. Not only that she called and corrected herself and said she was looking at someone else’s results and my baby was fine. I switched over to another doctor at women’s healthcare and today I was made to feel super uncomfortable. They sat outside the room and questioned my motherhood and why I came in/ called so much with blood pressure concerns. I also was told to get undressed because I explained I was having pressure but upon hearing someone say I don’t want to go In there I put my clothes back on a refused. I’ve been having pressure and light bleeding since Sunday and it’s sad I don’t feel comfortable enough to call my doctor or see my doctor. I really hope people learn to show compassion because there is already so many mean people in the world. You never know how much acts of kindness can go a long way especially for someone like me who just buried a relative this past Friday. I will
Continue to put my faith in god and hope for the best during this pregnancy.
