Dothan Animal Hospital

We have taken our fur babies to Dothan Animal Hospital for almost 20 years. They have cared for our cats and dogs with the upmost respect, care and professionalism. They have laughed at our babies antics and cried with us when we lost one. They are an important part of our family and we encourage anyone to feel their love and compassion with their babies.

I took my little dog to the Dothan animal hospital and they were so nice and so professional and took care of my little dog, so well, I really am so thankful for them. They took their time to explain everything to me. They handled her with gentleness and kindness from the people that greet you in the front to Dr. Harris thank you much!

I am so very impressed with this veterinary practice. If I could give 100 stars I would. From walking in the front door to leaving, all staff exceeded my expectations. That’s coming from a very high maintenance dog mom. My 6 of my fur babies will be in good hands. Kindness, caring and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed. All questions and concerns were answered. I highly recommend Dothan Animal Hospital

Dr Garrett and his team of Dr Harris and Dr Bragg along with their highly capable assistants in the form of nurses and administrative assistants combined, are not only capable but are they are all Caring and Highly Efficient at their areas of expertise! Guy Anna and I cannot express in words how we feel about the efforts Dr Garrett and his team put forth with Bella but, the results are absolutely amazing. Bella is in high form now (24 hours after surgery) and she is adjusting to the results of the surgery. We have been married for over 53 years now and have had dogs of all breeds around us in all times except for our overseas duties and even then, on one trip to Korea, we managed to save one small black dog from the "cooker" and kept him with us back into the US, until the end. My recommendations for this team of remarkable and caring folks is as high as it can go. Hands down; We recommend Dothan Animal Hospital to anyone needing medical attention for their pet, at any level!! Thank You So Much, Dr Garrett, for all that you do and for the "Caring Attention" that you provide your patients!!

These days it's hard to find a Veterinarian who loves cats... when I walked in the front door, there were cats sitting on the counters and along the waiting area couches. Every member of the staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable. The Dr. fixed my baby girl kitty right up, and finally found a Vet that didn't want to put her down
She just had a little joint pain. Now she's better every month when I take her for her shot!!! Thank you Dothan Animal Hospital and Staff

First visit to them and they had to tell me that my 16 year old Yorkie was in organ failure. Dr. Bragg was compassionate and took the decision out of our hands by letting me know that my girl was in pain and it wouldn't be fair to make her suffer. She gave her 2 shots that would last for 24 hours so that we could bring her home and say goodbye before bringing her back to be put to rest. The staff was so thoughtful and I truly appreciate them all.

Always had a great experience with my dog being treated for general health and shots as well as excessive itching.

Recently brought my cat there and was blown away by how informative and kind the doctor was, I wish I could remember her name at this exact moment but she specializes in cats AND people because she was so great to work with.

Dr Brad has been with us when we have lost 2 of our previous Danes. He even mourned with us and THAT Is called humanity and heart as he has sat with us during both losses as he felt them both💔 OUR boys are somewhere playing at Rainbow Bridge as they live with us eternally 🩵🩵... OUR guy now is anti-social due to being born during the Pandemic yet we struggle to figure out if he's going to play nice during our Appts or if he's going to be as mischievous as ever as he always is. Today, proud to say they gave us his treatment plan for his Summer allergies and behaved! WE feel so blessed to have PEACE when we walk in the doors, caring Caretakers who know we're worried about him for never being left, so we wait, talk to Brad about his situation and ease just comes.

I couldn't nor wouldn't be able to recommend ANYONE else but them to anyone who ask my opinion!

CONGRATULATIONS to Dr Ben Garrett for trying to retire.🎉 Your Dad was always there with me as I grew up walking in your doors along with at least one of my parents who would always take care, listen and there's nothing better than feeling that HOME rest there with you ALL ❤

Best vet around!!! 2 of my dogs were bitten by a copperhead snake around 8:15 pm on a Monday. Both of the babies had already started to swell. Dr. Harris met us at the office by 8:45 pm that night and was able to treat both of them and release them to go home by 9 am the following morning. Dr Harris even call personally to check on them on Wednesday to make sure the treatment had worked. So thankful for a wonderful and caring Vet's office.

Dothan Animal Hospital is the only place I have taken my babies for over thirty seven years. They truly care about the babies you love and always give the best care!

Dothan Animal Hospital doctors and staff understand the stress and concern when owners have to take their pets in for a procedure. Everyone we encountered was so kind, professional, and compassionate. We were treated with the highest, and most genuine respect and care. Every detail of the procedure was explained while we were also ensured that our pet would be highly nurtured while in their care.

I love Dothan Animal Hospital. The staff and doctors were all so sweet and really took the time to treat my fur babies like they were their own. Dr Bragg took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. The whole experience was awesome.

I take Nola, my dog; to Dothan Animal Clinic when she needs since 2016 and I am very satisfied with the friendly staff and the professional Doctors. Clean and comfortable waiting room, flexible for appointments and happy for solving my problems. Definitely I recommend Dothan Animal Clinic to everybody that have a pet. .

The staff is very personable. I've been going here for years and they've been great both for my babies check ups and through some of my hardest times.

Wonderful experience. While traveling through Dothan, our senior male cat suddenly started exhibiting symptoms of bladder blockage. Called and told to bring him right in. From the front desk staff to the vet techs, and especially Dr. Bragg, I was completely satisfied with the professional, efficient and very friendly care we received. Thankfully the diagnosis was UTI so with meds in hand we were on our way. Thank you so much.
