Publix Pharmacy at Cottonwood Corners

Everytime I go to this publix I am greeted with the kindest smiles and the customer service is outstanding!! My kids love going with me because the checkout people never fail to say hello and offer them a balloon!! Oh and the SUSHI is phenomenal... Blows all the other actual sushi restaurants away!!! Thanks again for making my experience completely and 100% enjoyable!!

I use Publix because with my prescription insurance it is the cheapest one in Dothan. I do not care for them. I just dropped off a prescription and was told it would be at least 2 hours before I could pick it up. If you go to the drive through window it takes someone forever to come to the window and then it takes the person a long time to get the prescription to the window.

My prescriptions are not ready in a timely manner here in the last few months
I keep getting hung up on
Bless them they need some help or need to drop some people so they can manage their operation

Some of the staff is very rude on the phone. I understand when a place is short staffed, but that does not mean staff should address customers with a disrespectful tone.

Can never speak with someone in Pharmacy. They seem to turn off the phones. Very dissatisfied with their service.
