Our daughter, almost 2 years old now, has been going to the West campus since she was 4 months old and we have nothing but great things to say about this place. Every single teacher and staff member has been amazing and they go above and beyond to ensure all kids thrive in the daycare. We appreciate the exceptional care and nurturing environment that Bright Horizons has provided our daughter and would highly recommend this center for any other families looking for daycare.

Our son is attending toddler program here and we are impressed by how caring all the staff here are. Not only his teachers are constantly looking for ways to make separation less painful for him and him having a good day there, directors of the center all jump in to help (nap time, transition time) all the time. You will get a team of folks who have been here for a long time to care for your children, and that really creates a calm/nurturing environment that children needs.

My daughter goes to this school currently and has excelled tremendously in all areas. She wakes up in the morning excited to get her shoes on to go to school. The teachers all do such a great job taking their time with the little ones and teaching them many different things. My favorite part is being able to see what she worked on each day in the My Bright Day app and reading or hearing the feedback from her teachers about what she did that day. She learns something new everyday and a big part of that is because of the curriculum instilled at Bright Horizons and its patient teachers.

We’ve had a very good experience with this daycare, considering that it was the first form of childcare for our first born at 16 months. We were apprehensive at first and had a few rough days initially where drop-offs were heartbreaking, but trusted the process. Fortunately it worked out for us and our son loves going to daycare now. I’m very grateful for his teachers and management.

I could write a book here, but I won't. Just know that it's a stretch for us to afford to have our toddler here, but it's worth way more to us.

We used this daycare as backup care because our regular daycare was closed for a couple of days. I will never use this daycare again.

On day one our son was fine when we dropped him off, later that day we received a phone call to pick him up early because he was having diarrhea. We hadn't changed anything in his diet and found it strange. When my husband went to pick up our son, he was sitting on the floor crying and had been crying for awhile based on how puffy his eyes were and how many tears there were. The teacher said "it's normal for them to cry a lot the first few days, they eventually will stop". Our son goes to daycare and never cried like that, even when he first started going. Later that day our son did have a bowl movement and it was not watery at all. I believe he had diarrhea because he was stressed out.

We decided to give them another chance in case it was just our son having a hard time adjusting. The second day we had him go for only 2.5/3 hours. When my husband dropped off our son he immediately started crying. I went to pick him up and our son was sleeping and apparently had been sleeping for an hour. The teacher was not interacting with the other two babies in the room when I went inside. One of the babies followed me, likely because they wanted some comfort/attention. When I went to get my son from the crib his hair was all crusty from the amount of tears because he had been crying so much. His eyes were still wet from tears. When I woke him up to take him home he immediately started crying. He stopped as soon as I picked him up and would not let go of me. I changed him before I left and he started crying as soon as I put him down. He also cried when I put him down on his car seat.

To be clear, this is NOT normal behavior for my son. He is usually fine when I wake him at his usual daycare, he's fine if I change him (even at his normal day care), and he is fine when I put him in his car seat. His behavior suggests that he didn't feel safe or secure at Bright Horizons, and was extremely stressed out being there. Bright horizons will keep your baby alive but they will not thrive or be happy here. Prisons also keep prisoners alive, so they are doing the bare minimum here.
