Great customer service!!! First time pool purchase and Ronnie was some helpful and informative..Even told me that after the lurches they were just a call away if I needed anything!!!

I bought an above ground pool from Brad's then had it installed by Carlos. Very pleased with the customer service and amazed how fast the pool was installed. The store has alot of accessories you will want and chemicals you will need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a pool.

I’m a frequent flier at Brad’s Pools. I have purchased a pool a couple of years ago and recently came back for a spa/hot tub. The hot tub is BY FAR the best money I’ve ever spent!!! I purchased a Vector spa by Marquis and it’s absolutely perfect! The jets along with LED lights make the perfect ending to any day. Brad and Connie Fuller, along with office manager, Whitny, always take care of me with answers to my questions. I drive 30 minutes to buy supplies and keep the business local. Thank you for doing business right. 🥰

They are always super for left and attentive as soon as I walk in the door Additionally, they are super patient to answer our questions and take the time necessary for me to make an informed decision. They also never try to unnecessarily up sell us but simply make the most practical recommendation for us.

If your looking for a hot tub or Big Green Egg look no further. Connie and her staff are truly amazing and are very knowledgeable. The showroom is laid out perfectly and has a huge selection of Green Egg accessories. The prices are cheaper than any other place in the Birmingham area trust me I’ve checked. I’ve sent several of my buddies to buy Green Eggs from Connie and they bragged on the customer service they got. Make sure you check out their 75% off grilling section before you check out it’s my favorite. Keep up the great work guys.

Staff was super helpful and so nice when I showed up at 2 minutes 'til closing! They took time to explain the science behind my cloudy pool water and the science behind the few solution options I had. They apparently know their stuff!

The BEST pool store in Alabama! I have told anyone and everyone if they have a pool to go to Brad's. I have been to multiple pool stores and have felt like I was wasting money on pool chemicals. I was so frustrated with my pool and then I started going to Brad's. I actually ENJOY my pool now. Their employees are excellent and they will always make you feel taken care of. They truly go above and beyond in all that they do. I am so thankful for these guys!

I was in need of a pool float to accommodate my summer pool runs. A friend of mine worked at brads and referred me to go there. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with open arms. I was helped by a man named Gabe Hallmark who helped me and showed me where everything was. I highly recommend asking for him when you arrive. I ended buying a duck float at brads that was big and cheaper then what you can get at the big name brand stores. I highly recommend this place.

I called Brad's Pools to help me get a pool cleaned out and I needed this done fast so my buyer could close on the home. Connie was amazing! I think she stopped everything and got this done in record time. I can't explain how much of an emergency this was. Connie and Whitney were both very helpful every time I called and I called every day. It was so nice to have people so willing to help with this situation. I was desperate and they were heroes!!! My pool was green and nasty and thought there's no way this pool will ever be blue but with the help of the staff at Brad's Pool & Supply, I was able to get my pool blue and pretty. I have absolutely nothing but praise for Brad Pools. Brad and Connie always kept their word when conducting business with me. I had bad experiences with two other pool companies in the Birmingham area. I now know who not to go too. If I could, I would give them six stars. This is the only Pool Company that I trust, and I will never deal with anybody else but Brad and Connie. I am a very picky consumer and if I give someone Five Stars, they earned them. By far, the best pool people that I have ever dealt with since moving to the Birmingham area. You can't go wrong dealing with Brad and Connie. In my opinion, you're the best. Two thumbs up!

We have gone to Brad’s Pools since we bought our house in 2012. We had never had a pool before and they were always there to teach us what to do. Since then we continue to get our supplies from them. The products are great quality and the people are so friendly!!!

I've only had good experiences at Brad's Pools and I've shopped at several pool stores. Brad's will test the chemical levels of your pool water (no charge) and professionally advise you on how to balance it. Not only can you buy pool (and spa) chemicals at Brad's, there are pool supplies to meet all your needs, outdoor furniture, pool toys, Yeti products, Green Eggs of all sizes, just everything you need for your outdoor fun!
