Holiday Inn Express Layton-I-15, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here for a night after our furnace was removed because of a foundation leak. Desiree was an absolute sweetheart to our family and upgraded us to a suite room because of our circumstances. She went above and beyond and was extremely helpful during the entire check in and check out process. Desiree made our time awesome here and my family appreciated her amazing customer service - so much that my oldest daughter wanted to come back! Thank you Desiree!

It’s under renovation. Some rooms are completed ands they’re really nice. Breakfast is good. Staff is nice and helpful. Not pet friendly.

I had a hot tub room clean. Convenient being remodeled when I was there but there was no noise to speak of.

Great customer service. Staff was extremely responsive to an issue we had and even said, “my pleasure” after assisting us.

I needed a place for my mom to stay while our home was being remodeled. The staff was excellent and helpful and the breakfast was great. The place was kept clean and I was never worried about security. This is my go to hotel for any guests in the future.

Came in a Sunday night. Not very busy so I didn't feel overwhelmed. The greeters were very nice with big smiles (always nice for first impressions). Pool was great, and since it wasn't busy, just us and our accompanying families were in there. Hot tub was just right. The rooms we got were spacious and easily slept up to six of you needed it. Overall, I'm impressed

Nice hotel but does have some minor wear and tear. Small parking lot so no room for larger vehicles or vehicles with trailers. Friendly and helpful staff.

It is a beautiful place to spend time with the family and even more so at Christmas since I loved it.

Great and friendly service, decent breakfast, clean rooms, in door pool for the kids, centrally located with lots of food option around that uber eats will deliver from. Not a bad thing to say about our stay. Moderately priced as well. I stayed with a family of 5; 1 infant didn't count so we didn't go over the room capacity to book. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Great hotel! Our room was very clean. Breakfast was included and was delicious. All the staff we saw and spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. We had the king suite with jetted tub.

For a value hotel, this room was ABOVE what I was expecting. I was seriously SO HAPPY with this room (I plan to request this room anytime I am staying in the future!). We planned on getting and just booked a regular King room, but after checking in (without going to the room) and having to run a errand, we returned to be told that our room had been upgraded at no extra charge. We just needed to change keys. This was a King with a nice sitting area with a bar, fridge, microwave, pullout couch, and desk. The bathroom was huge and so was the bedroom area. THIS was just a really nice room and I was THOROUGHLY impressed with everything about this stay.

Ok so I love this hotel! I stay here on business about 4 times per month. The property is a bit older but you would never know that by how well kept everything is. Everything is updated and well maintained. I definitely can’t say enough great things about the awesome staff at this holiday inn. They’re all genuinely great people who truly enjoy making your stay a memorable experience. Thursday evenings they offer complimentary snacks. There are so many restaurant options in the area along with a mall. I would highly recommend you stay here!

If I could give more stars I would. First of all let me say Bryn and Richard are awesome employees. They have made me and my daughters experience of staying here a most pleasant one. Caring, kind, and compassionate individuals that give a personal touch to the hotel stay. One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of being at. Pool, spa, gym, and grab and go breakfast are awesome. Cleanliness to perfection will always have me coming back.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel!! Great customer service and soft comfortable beds. Thoroughly pleased with their awesome setup for their free breakfast. Lots of choices for breakfast including cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, pancakes, omelettes, sausage, cinnamon rolls, several types of coffee, juices, and even lemon water. My boyfriend was thoroughly pleased to be able to have biscuits and gravy before we got back on the road. What a treat!! I have not staying at a Holiday Inn Express in years, but I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them!! The only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that we ran out of time to take a dip in their indoor pool. Oh well, maybe next time!!

By far, my favorite location provides my favorite breakfast. No other location can compare. Nice rooms, excellent service. Love this place always will.

Nice hotel, really good free breakfast. We booked through Costco, was one of the best prices we could find. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.

We stayed just one night but were upgraded to a suite. Wow! What a nice room. I called for a maintenance issue, no one answered at either #. I went to the front desk, and they solved the issue within 15 min. We have stayed at HIE the last three nights and love the addition at all three of the veggie egg white omelet. Great for those of us that do not prefer cheese. Service has always been great where we've stayed.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I booked a king bed, with an added rollaway. The main bed was great, but the rollaway left me feeling sore as the mattress didnt have much support. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that each room has a fridge and a microwave, which is something almost unheard of. The included breakfast had a great variety of choices, I just wish it ran a bit longer. Overall, my stay was very nice, and I will be very likely to stay there in the future.

This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel and I just had to leave a review! Not only are the beds super comfy, but Dominique at the front desk has helped me every time I have stayed there and she is top-notch! Even left my ipad there this time and they are overnighting it to me! Great place, nice breakfast, safe area (wasn't worried about my stuff left in my car) and great staff! Highly recommend!
