Dr. Chase Smith has treated our son throughout his high school sports career with pulled ligaments in his ankles and hand surgery due to a broken finger. And, again, most recently due to a motor vehicle accident causing a broken ankle. He has provided excellent care each and every time, and we would highly recommend him for any orthopedic care needed to anyone.

I started with Dr. Vaughn who then referred me to meet with Ashley Rane, PA. I have been comfortable in the steps taken to find out what is causing my pain and steps needed to correct it. I changed my mind in regard to the next course of treatment. I was given the ability to leave a message, as well as, a message using the portal.

In 2005 I had lower back surgery and 2015 I had Neck surgery. Amazing doctors and staff! In 2021 I found out I had torn my biceps, the right side. I live in PCB and the only place I trust was the doctors here. After having the right one done, and a great job they did… I had to have my left bicep done. Another great job! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience with SBJS has been wonderful overall. Everyone is super helpful, professional, & sincere. I was exhibiting painful and abnormal neurological sensations related to a pinched nerve in my neck. Very scary given my profession. P.A. Nathan McCord was incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about my health. He took the time to do a full work up, actively listened, and came up with a solid treatment plan. I am now painfree and couldn't be happier about my outcome.

I have no complaints with the wait time for my appointment, it was a reasonable time period. The nursing staff for Dr Lash was professional and courteous as was he when he examined and discussed my injuries. I was in the exam room a very short time before the doctor came in and sent to the office where I was fired for a brace almost immediately and sent me on my way. So far very satisfied with the care

I saw Dr.Pflugner I have several knee surgeries while in my 20's I was struck by a car while riding a bicycle damaged my left knee they did the best they could back then early 80's .Jump forward tripped landing on my right knee went to the hospital in Ozark they said that I sevely bruised ny knee. A month later still in pain and swelling was terrible xray's left knee is bone on bone no surprise there total knee replacement is needed the right knee needs a MRI the results are that cartlidge is shattered and floating around needs a total replacement. He wanted to do 1 knee at a time I knew if I did I would never get both done so he finally agreed to double total replacement. I absolutely love this Dr. I was back to work in 3 and a half months. Best decision I have ever made. I knew it would be hard and I knew that I could not just sit on my backside when I got home or I would never walk.It has been since July 9,2019 and still GRATEFUL.

We have used several Drs at SBJ, Which were all great. But elderly people cannot wait on Hold for an hour to make appt, and we don't do Portal. When you have an injury or Follow Up, you need an appt. "No help to answer phones", is reply!!!

I saw Dr. Simpson today and was called back at the exact time of my appointment. No waiting! I was so impressed by the staff’s efficiency, professionalism and care. Dr. Simpson is kind and personable. He listened to me. We have a great plan in place for my recovery.

I had a broke Ankle Dr JJ Maddox is a wonderful Orthopedic sermon. He had me fixed right up the day I went. I was at the clinic at 8 and surgery was at 1, The patience and concern at the Dothan Surgical Center was exceptional!

Saw Dr. Pflugner for a troubling hip issue, both him and his staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with. No wait time, very knowledgeable, thorough, no excessive treatments, answered all my questions, went above and beyond in explaining everything to me. Would definitely recommend

Lindsey Marks was Awesome. There was a long wait but she apologized and was very sincere. I have been to this location 3 times and I must say Lindsey was very knowledgeable and she helped me to understand and how to care for my fractured ankle. Thank you Lindsey Marks and thank you Southern Bone and Joint for a great experience. Lindsey rocks

Dr. Pflugner and his nurses are amazing people. They are very caring and nice. I really appreciate the way they have cared for me. I strongly recommend them.

Dr. Haley is awesome and his nurse practioner, Lauren Callander, was amazing when I had her today too. Very friendly and extremely patient!

Have been seeing Courtney Couture/ Dr. Moore and I couldn’t be anymore pleased with their care . They are very kind and caring !!
