Bankston Motor Homes of Warrior

The level of customer service found at this location is rare! I live in Nashville TN and my search for an RV took me to Bankston Motor Homes of Warrior, Alabama! While there is a Bankston Motor Homes in Nashville I'm thankful to have met and did business with the great folks in Warrior. I'd make that journey 1,000 times over! Daryl, Janet, Johnny, and Paul are the most caring, thoughtful, and thorough people I have encountered in a long time, even well after the sell! This was my very first RV purchase and Johnny spent hours with me going over every detail of my new RV. Johnny made recommendations on proper maintenance and intervals in order to enjoy my purchase for years to come. Johnny and Paul made sure all systems on my RV were operational and performing optimally.

Unfortunately, when I got my RV hooked up and went to pull off the lot I had some mechanical issues on my truck. Johnny was there to help me get turned around and back on the lot. Being late in the evening and after closing they allowed me to set up my RV on the lot and spend the night until I could get a tow truck the next morning and find a rental truck to pull my RV home. Johnny was very helpful during the whole ordeal. They made sure I had the necessities I needed to get through the night. The next morning Johnny came to me and offered to take me to get breakfast if I wanted. Daryl personally stopped what he was doing to give me a ride to pick up my rental truck.

The entire experience at Bankston Motor Homes of Warrior was top notch! I left feeling like family. I left the lot to go spend the weekend camping to break in my new RV. Johnny called me Sunday evening to check on me and make sure I made it home safe and that I didn't have any issues with my RV.

I cannot say thank you enough, nor say enough good things about these folks! Daryl, Janet, Johnny and Paul I am truly thankful for a great experience! Y'all are the best folks!

Great dealership. Ordered the camper we wanted ,added the upgrades we wanted and gave us a thorough class of how to operate everything inside and outside. Installed and set up the hitch and worked through the necessary adjustments to get us safely rolling down the interstate towards home. Excellent pricing and service and easy to contact. Highly recommend!

We worked out a deal with a different Bankston dealer, but the Warrior location had the unit we wanted. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Janet Daryl and Johnny. We had some confusion during the deal (we had our own financing) and their patience and cooperation with us as we got the issue sorted out is very much appreciated. It was refreshing to work with a business that still practices excellent customer service. Kudos to Johnny who spent his afternoon ensuring that we knew everything we needed about the travel trailer we purchased, and we left with confidence that everything in the unit was working to our satisfaction, including a road test to set the brake controller! First class folks all the way around! Bankston is fortunate to have you on their team.

Didn't find the camper I wanted here, but definitely worth stopping and looking! Miss "Wonder Woman" Dianna was very helpful and informative, and we had some great conversation as well as she let me tour a few of the homes! Thanks so much and I may come back through some time soon!

Picked up my new Coachmen Freedom Express this week and couldn’t be more pleased with it and with the service at Bankston’s Warrior, AL location. Daryl was great to work with and communicating as I was waiting for my camper to be built and shipped, Janet was friendly and professional with all the paperwork process, and Johnny was so patient and helpful walking us through how to use and maintain the camper top to bottom. This is my 2nd purchase from Bankston. Their prices are competitive, no pressure, and the people and service there is unbeatable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just returned from our 1st trip with the amazing Coachman Freedom Express 248. Pulled like a dream (it was my first trip pulling an RV for vacation). Had some concerns the night before we left. Called Johnny at 7:30 pm on a Friday night and he stayed on the phone with me until after 9 pm getting the issue resolved. Had another issue the next day when we arrived at our campsite and once again Johnny resolved the issue quickly (he figured out what I had done wrong). Such knowledge and ability on taking care of their units. From the initial "look"...through the purchase...and now with the support in the "field" this team is amazing. I feel confident our 248 will meet our camping needs for years and that the support from Darryl and Johnny will make the years enjoyable !!! My wife and I are looking forward to our continued relationship with Paradise RV.

We researched and visited several retailers before finding Paradise RV. Let me tell you there is NO ONE out there that even comes close to the customer service you find at Paradise RV Sales!! We are newbies and the whole crew made us feel like we were family. They REALLY cared and wanted to make sure we got off in the right direction. I live in by 4 RV dealerships and got the best deal, financing, floor plan, and service from Daryl. Paradise was so good at what they do that my daughter bought one also. Paradise matches your truck towing capacity with the right trailer and sway bars to keep your family safe on the road. Johnny is top notch checking all systems and explaining your RV before you drive away. All you other one star rankings of Paradise are Fake News.

Everyone here is so helpful and you feel like family by the time you leave! Any review (aka the 1 star ones I saw) are a COMPLETE LIE. I don’t think I could ever imagine them even giving mediocre service nonetheless “bad” service. They went above and beyond on every aspect and if they can’t sell you a camper it’s because of something wrong with YOU and not them. They were never pushy and did everything in their power to accommodate us since we drove 2.5 hours and had a tight schedule due to my husband’s job. Have a thorough walk through (we are firstime camper owners) but they do this even with experienced owners to make sure everything is up to the customers standards and that the customer is fully satisfied. They are ALL about customer satisfaction. Thank you so much!

Happy with the quality of our Freedom Express. Paridise RV never once tried to up sale us. Pricing was competitive with others I researched. I felt confident buying from a local dealer where you actually shake hands with the owner. They fully check out every camper before the walk through. Every system is on and working. We tried every system and felt confident in the operation before we drove away.

We absolutely adore our 2016 Aspen Trail that we purchased from Paradise. They were extremely helpful to us as first time owners. Our family has fallen in love with camping and made so many priceless memories over the past year. Thank you Paradise for providing excellent service and products!

We just bought our New Montana from them. The experience was amazing! We have been dealing with CAMPING WORLD in Calera Alabama for a week now and It was a horrible experience. I could tell y'all all about but it would take all day! Something kept telling me to keep looking. That's when I found Bankston Motorhome. Everybody was so nice and made you feel at home! Our salesman Logan was wonderful he even got us lunch from Dales BBQ which was amazing! If y'all are looking to get an RV this is the place to go!

Incredible experience, price and service! If you are anywhere near Daryl and his team and are in the market for a RV you need to go to Paradise RV. My wife knew that we wanted a Coachmen 246RKS and after getting the runaround from a local dealer we emailed Paradise RV and had a deal worked out with them in about an hour. My wife and I drove past countless RV dealers on our 8 hour trip to pick up our camper and it was worth it, we couldn't be happier.

First time purchasing a camper and these guys were awesome and made the process so easy! Some of the nicest people we have met! You will not regret using them!

Like another reviewer, I asked if I could get my camper without the customer tutorial. Daryl and Janet did not want to sell us the camper without the customer walk through. I wanted to skip the walk through. They insisted if we were going to buy, the walk through was required. I must admit that at first I was perplexed as to why they would not just sell me a camper and take my money. They really wanted us to have a good experience with their product and had our best interest in mind when they basically refused to sell without me or my wife going through the tutorial. Now I can honestly say I'm glad that we purchased from Paradise RV. My new trailer brakes that were installed the day before failed to work. I live 2 hours away from Paradise RV but luckily Johnny, in the service department, crawled under my truck. He had the problem fixed in 15 minutes. We have had our Coachmen Clipper 17bh for 3 months now and love it.

I have personally been dealing with Daryl and Janet since 2010 when we bought our RV. Daryl has always been honest and tries to find what will fit you needs. When we were looking at RV's at Paradise, Daryl helped us find what we would enjoy long term, not short term. We ended up buying what Daryl called a mom and pops camper because it was just me and my wife that would be using it. Any time I need something for my RV, Daryl has always taken care of me in an honest way. I recently needed some work done on my RV and Johnny in service got me fixed up in a week and the price on parts and labor was more than fair. If you want to deal with THE MOST HONEST people in the RV world, you can not beat Paradise RV.

Purchased our Freedom Express 248 from Paradise RV Sales in Warrior, AL. Daryl, Janet and JT were wonderful! This is our first travel trailer and all our questions were answered in detail. We were given a 3 hour orientation class on how to operate every part of our trailer! I HIGHLY recommend Paradise RV sales to everyone!
