I'd give 10 stars if I could! Called 20 plus upholstery shops and Mrs. Donna was the only one that helped! She asked questions and was willing to go the extra mile to get me what I needed while the others just told me "No we don't have it"! Definitely recommend this place!

Upholstry Fabric Outlet ABSOLUTELY 💯 DOES SELL FABRIC. Beautiful, HIGH QUALITY, fabric (not the seconds you will find at places like Hobby Lobby and JoAnns). After an exhausting search for fabric to complete my DIY sofa upholstery, I gave them a try & I couldn't be happier to have found this gem. Not only was I able to find exactly what I needed, but she gave me valuable expert advice and a lifetime guarantee on the fabric with an offer to answer any of my how-to questions.

She even was able to sell me the extra bits I couldn't find elsewhere (specialty nails, welting cord and a zipper). I wish I could give them 10 stars!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. She does not sell upholstery fabric. She does upholstery and orders fabric. I wasted time and gas on this wild goose chase.
