We used to use a large, well-known company for preventative pest control. They kept switching techs on us and the service was not good. We switched to Scotty's and they are great. We have been using them for several years. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions), and friendly. Happy to support a local business!

The two specialists from Scotty’s today were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also respected my wishes and answered any questions and concerns I had regarding pest control. The price was great. I would definitely use again.

I called them to have a termite inspection spray for spiders. They were able to come out in just a couple of days. The gentleman was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. He did both services in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Whenever I need this type of service I would definitely call Scotty’s and recommend you do too!

I highly recommend Scotty’s. I had a fly infestation and no other pest control company said they could do anything. Scotty’s guys came out and discovered that I had a crack in my foundation and that’s what was causing the flies. They also removed two dead rats that had come in the crack. I have a contractor coming to fix it per Albert’s recommendation. They were very professional and reasonably priced. They answered all my questions. Don’t bother with anyone else. Call Scotty’s.

I was shocked to find a hornets nest bigger than a basketball hanging from one of my trees.
I literally called every exterminator & a few tree companies in Springfield.
No one was willing to even attempt killing the hornets & removing the nest.
It was high in the tree.
Most used the excuse that they couldn't reach the nest. These were bald faced black & white hornets.
Really nasty hornets that will attack en masse & sting repeatedly.
Scotty's Pest Control returned my call immediately & responded within a couple of hours.
The technician drove from Decatur to Springfield.
He arrived promptly & was courteous, understanding & professional.
I am extremely impressed by the job that he did!
Using an extension pole, he annihilated the colony with spray.
They were dropping like rain.
This brave guy wore no protective bee suit.
He explained to me how to stay at a safe distance while he was working.
He was right & I had no fear of being stung.
I am So Very impressed by this company!
I highly recommend them for pest control - even the extremely dangerous pests.
Their prices were Half of what the companies in Springfield quoted!

Scottys pest control team was super responsive and very professional. They were able to come out right away and take care of my issue with ease. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

I give a shout out to Albert and Hunter at Scotty's Pest Control. They do more then just pest removal, they haul furniture clean out houses and garages. They moved a desk for me from a upstairs room in another town to my house in Decatur. They were there right on time had a plan paying close attention not to scratch the desk or surroundings. The price was very reasonable. I will call them the next time I need anything moved.

They came out got the job done and fleas are gone! Had them do trailer and yard. Compared to everyone else I called Scotty's had the best rates and availability to come out and do the job. Very happy and I will use them again.

We have used Scotty’s for years and wouldn’t call anyone else. We have him treat seasonally and he is fair in pricing and punctual with appointments. Scotty and his crew are the nicest people and so respectful as they work around home. He has answered big questions for me and doesn’t treat if it isn’t needed or helpful. He is honest and trustworthy and we so appreciate him!

I want to thank the people at Scottys for doing customer service right! They have done everything they possibly can to make sure they do the job right. Their initial visit was reasonably priced, they said to call again if the problem continued, which unfortunately it did. They immediately came out a second time to make sure we were satisfied (at no charge). I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks

Their methods and practices for rodents is effective, lasting, and affordable. The gentleman was professional, and took care to ensure a thorough job was performed. I don't see any other company every being used for this service.
