Mr John was awesome. He was very informative, and he listened to our needs. He was not pushy just trying to make a sale. We had planned on shopping around but ended up buying our mattress from Mr John. Highly recommend Mr Mattress and talk to Mr John.

We had planned on shopping at several stores, Mr. Mattress was the first place we stopped, we got such great customer service and the pricing was great so we didnt want to go elsewhere. John (@Mr. Mattress) was very nice and knowledgeable, but not pushy. I appreciate his patience answering all my questions! They delivered the NEXT day for free and the delivery guys were great also. I would recommend checking them out! Last night was my 1st night on my new mattress and it was great!

We have been on the search for the perfect mattress for our youngest daughter’s bedroom. We walked into Mr Mattress and immediately we were greeted with a friendly smile and a Hello by John. He was eager to help us find the best mattress for our daughter in the price range we had set. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the different kinds of mattresses and we are very pleased with our purchase. The facility was clean and they delivered our mattress and hauled off our old mattress for such a small fee. We will use John at Mr Mattress again.

Overall great experience! Ms. Tonya was super helpful and very informative. We made our purchase on a Saturday and our mattress was delivered by some great guys on Monday. Their availability surpassed every other store in the area, as we were told by 3 different stores that the mattress would need to be ordered and it would 4+ weeks before it was delivered. I highly recommend Mr. Mattress!!

Tonya was fantastic! She was helpful in getting our needs met. We are very grateful for her help in getting our bed delivered quickly, without any trouble. Thanks to her we will be sleeping better in no time!!!

John was very helpful with the purchase of our new mattress. He was patient and answered all of mine and my wife’s questions. He wasn’t pushy! We told him our budget and he didn’t try to up sell us at all.

This is the second time we have worked with Tonya in the Dothan store. Both times she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. This is my 2nd purchase from Mr. Mattress within the year. They have an experienced and friendly sales team and prompt, free delivery. The delivery team was courteous and professional. They called a day ahead to confirm delivery time and arrived right on schedule. It’s nice to be on the receiving end of great customer service. Job well done Mr. Mattress!

This store was awesome! The manager Tonya was SUPER helpful in helping me find the perfect mattress. She was also VERY knowledgeable about all the products they had. When it comes time to purchase another one I will definitely be going back to see her!

Very personable sales people here. Not pushy at all trying to sell you the most expensive. Answered all of my questions and pointed out a few different models and prices but did not try to sell me the most expensive in that group either. Great sales team great people to deal with. This was my first time ever buying a new mattress. (Big girl purchase). I can’t thank Becky enough for how much she helped me! She was full of knowledge about everything in the store and had a great personality on top of that. It didn’t feel like she was just trying to make a sale. She truly showed she wanted what was best for me since this is a big investment. She was understanding and never showed a lack of patience. I got a brand new mattress perfectly fit for me with a very pleasant experience, and new friend to go with it. Thank you!!

I'm so very happy I decided to do business with a local company! My mattress is fantastic and I feel better every morning as a result. This was as painless a purchase I've ever had, I came in found my bed, scheduled the FREE(!) delivery, & was on my way in what seemed like just minutes. The delivery guys were really nice and careful with my delivery. All in all an awesome buy!

Wow!!! Wasn't expecting to buy w/o some pricing comparing. However, the sales lady was so AWESOME - We bought not just 1 set but TWO queen sets. We told her what we were looking for & BOOM - She walked us to our dream bed!! Will go back in the future.

After doing a lot of shopping around I found the best price for a king size set with the Mr.Mattress store. The mattress I purchased is very nice and comfortable. The delivery guys had everything set up quickly. I would recommend getting your mattress with this company.
