So... I've bought about 6 brand new cars in my life and the customer service hasn't been that good... I bought a car today from Dothan Volkswagen and omg the employees were out of this world phenomenal! I dealt mainly with 3 people, Alber Hagler, CJ Lodahl and Jacob Milanowshi. They were so incredible. They didn't try and scam me out of money and they were so respectful. 5 stars hands down. Thank you guys!!! I will absolutely refer this dealship to everyone! Couldn't have been happier with our experience buying our new car here! Got the first Cross Sport in Dothan right off the showroom floor. Micah was amazing and made the whole processes super easy and enjoyable! 100% recommend working with Micah and letting him find you your next vehicle! MY EXPERIENCE WITH DOTHAN VOLKSWAGEN WAS AMAZING! FROM BOOKING MY APPOINTMENT WITH TARNA UNTIL I PICKED UP MY TAOS IT WAS GREAT! I CALLED TARNA LATE ONE AFTERNOON TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED , BRAKES DONE AND CLEANED AND SHE TOLD ME I COULD BRING IT IN THE NEXT MORNING. I DROPPED IT OFF AT 7:30 A.M. IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHICH WAS SPOTLESS. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFFESIONAL . TARNA TEXTED ME AND CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE DAY TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF MY VEHICLE WHICH WAS DONE BY 2:00. IT WAS SO WELL CLEANED IT LOOKED BRAND NEW. MIGHT I ADD THAT I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER BRAND OF VEHICLE. THE TAOS IS AMAZING! YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! DON'T CHANGE A THING! #SUPERHAPPYCUSTOMER!

Jose went above and beyond the call of duty. He made the process so enjoyable. Not only did he find exactly what I was looking for he also delivered it to me that same night. Jose made a 2 Hour drive one way to ensure I was able to enjoy my off day the next day. His personality was so warm and welcoming. I will definitely be shopping with Dothan Volkswagen again.

I purchased a new VW Passat from Dothan Volkswagen towards the end of May. I found the car online using CapitalOne’s Car Navigator. Once I narrowed my choice of Passats down I phoned the the dealership and spoke with Drinda Yates a sales associate. I peppered Drinda with every imaginable question and she maintained her professionalism and patience. My biggest fear is when the car salesman goes to speak to the Finance Manager. That’s usually the point the price goes up. To my surprise I was treated honestly. Keith Caraway, the Finance Manager, kept me informed of the financial terms throughout the entire purchase. He sent me emails with the financial terms ahead of time so I knew what I was signing before the purchase.
Another thing I feel obliged to mention is that the dealership delivered my car. I live one state over and didn’t want to burn my vacation time driving out of state. Drinda and another sales associate/manager drove three hours to deliver my car to me. There was no charge and they had topped of the fuel before handing over the keys and title. They didn’t try to rush off once the car was delivered. They patiently explained the car features to me and answered more of my questions. They were both friendly and knowledgeable.
Last thing, this being the first new vehicle that I have purchased in almost 15 years technology has advanced a lot. I emailed Drinda 3 or 4 more times during that first week and she was as helpful and patient as you could ask for. I don’t know if the stars were just aligned or whatever but this was hands down a great experience. I would certainly recommend Dothan Volkswagen to anyone in the market for a car. I also recommend Drinda Yates as a sales associate. She stayed on top of the details, kept me informed all along and was an absolute pleasure throughout the process.
