Had to renew my non driver id card. Arrived at 7:45, no one in line, was finished by 8:05. Very pleasant, friendly clerks. Thank you very much.

Had to transfer tags this morning and had a good experience. Every time I have been in the last 2 years has been pleasant, fast and efficient! The system has been streamlined and is so much better than what it was many years ago. Every point of contact with the employees has been very good. They have been helpful, very easy to work with and cheerful. Keep up the great work! 🙌😊

Told us false information on the phone. Wasted a 30 minute trip, my seven year old read the girl's name that was working and said her name was Heather. She was RUDE and if she treats every person the way we were treated, she should not be working with the public.
