I have never been happier with a car lot as I have been with Car-mart of Dothan! They we’re wonderful and very professional and patient! They do whatever they have to do to get you in a ride! And they’re nice vehicles! I’m so proud of mine! Besides my family I have already recommended them 4 times since last night!

Sat. Charisma, Dre and of course Sabrina they made it happen! this is my second vehicle from them. they are nice people! they made sure i got what i wanted and in my budget that i wanted! i must add since Ms. Sabrina has been their I've seen a big difference!

Charisma was very nice and professional! She went way beyond to serve me in a deserving way! She was very understanding and family oriented! Her attitude was very giving n it was everything! She made me feel welcomed! She was very direct and firm but easygoing and gentle! I was very hesitant about getting a car. She made me feel confident! She was honest and straightforward! I am thankful that I met her! Dre was very nice and proffesional as well! He was kind and very layed back. He made the atmosphere smooth! Sabrina greeted me with a smile and was very polite!! Overall I had a good experience with this company so far and I will recommend getting you a car from caring and understanding people!!!

I am a transplant from New Jersey , so securing a vehicle once I secured employment wasn't easy. Until I met with the pleasant staff at Car-Mart of Dothan and I mean every last one of them from the front desk staff Ms. Brittany(sp), Dre (sp), Ms. Charisma(sp) and last but certainly not least Ms. Sabrina, they treated me like a person and made the process as easy as possible, long 🤣🤣 but easy. When all was said and done there patience, consideration and costumer service allowed me to drive off in my new baby, and even their above and beyond took care of some needed maintenance and small repair at no charge to me. For your next vehicle run do not walk they will most definitely get you right with a memorable and kind experience from beginning to end.
