Dr Harris is the BEST dentist. Very thorough and caring. She and the hygenist, Alana, identified a suspicious brown spot that resulted in being cancer. It wasn't just that they saw it, they both had a concerned interested and continued to check on my treatment and progress. I couldn't ask for better dental care.

This was the first time I went to the Dentist in 3 years. I was very pleasantly surprised by this Dental office. The receptionist, the hygienist, and the dentist were all amazing. They explain things to me very thoroughly what I needed to do what the customer involved and what we should work on first I absolutely would recommend this dental office and their team to everybody. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Everyone in this office is friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth the 40 minute drive to be treated like family. Easygoing and comfortable atmosphere I have never had anxiety about the dentist but I’m sure if you did these guys would be amazing at comforting you. They are quick and efficient but also thorough. I actually love going to the dentist and seeing all the happy staff. I highly recommend this place.

It’s always a pleasant experience! I had a crown done today, in and out in less than 2.5 hours. No temporary, they made the permanent on site! I was so happy to have this all done in one visit. Highly recommend!

These two female dentists are the kindest, most compassionate and knowledgeable dentists I have even been to. They know their stuff and they deliver it in a manner that makes each and every patient feel heard and cared for. I live in Southern Oregon but drive 8 hours to have my dentistry done by these professionals. Best of all every member of their staff are equally as kind and caring and doing all they can to make each visit as pain and worry free as possible.

This is such a great dentistry. The whole staff is very welcoming, and makes you feel like family. I was really nervous to ask for help with my crooked teeth. As I was very self conscious about my smile. The staff put my worries at ease, with encouragement and compliments; allowing me to feel less like a gross person, and more like a valued individual. the dentist takes her time with each patient. She doesn’t cut corners, and she goes the extra mile to give you perfect results. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit.

Dr. Mcinnis is hands down one of the most honest and best dentist me and my family have ever been to. She’s taken such good care of me, my husband, my aunt, who is new to the United States, and my father who suffers from Parkinson’s. She always goes above and beyond and even goes as far as explaining how our insurance works as a curtesy despite that being our responsibility. She truly cares about her patients as if they’re her own family.

I had stopped going to the dentist, as I had a horrible nightmare experience at a different dental office. I began experiencing pain, and I couldn’t avoid it any longer. My experience at Riverside Dental could not possibly have been more perfect, more caring,, more thorough. it was absolutely phenomenal! Each and every staff member greeted me with such kindness, and I felt so incredibly welcomed and taken care of ,as if there was no one else in the office but me. Dr Hough is absolutely amazing!!! Explained everything thoroughly. She ut together a treatment plan for me step-by-step, so it wasn’t an overwhelming amount of information and Insisted on precautions in my care, with an absolutely well-rounded treatment plan. I can’t imagine going anywhere else after this!!!!

I was so nervous going in and embarrassed that it had been so long since I’d been in. I don’t usually like the dentist. They were so kind and understanding. They made me feel comfortable. They explained everything along the way. It was a great visit!

This was my first visit and was very impressed. The receptionists were so nice and helpful. My hygienist Miranda was great. So caring and thorough and so personable. I saw Dr. Hough and she was so friendly and went over all my xrays and examined my teeth. She was so knowledgeable and thorough and had many good ideas for my further treatments. The office is so homey and u don't feel like you are at the dentist. Highly recommend to anyone.

There are good dentists & offices and then there are GREAT dentists & offices and I cannot tell you how absolutely GREAT everyone at Riverside Dental is that I have met or received services from!!! They are exactly the kind of practice you travel miles and miles to see because they are just that amazing! It is abundantly clear that they have a “culture of kindness and excellence” that I have seen demonstrated with myself and my husband’s care. For me and husband, they check every box and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to establish care or who needs an upgrade from their existing dental office.

Today when things went south in my mouth Dr. Hough managed to extend my appointment so the servicing could be done on a loose implant. They are the best and most caring and professional.

Im in the over 65 age group. This dental group, by far, is the best dental group ever. They care about people and really show it. I highly recommend this dental practice!

I can’t say enough good things about Riverside Dental! I had to have a crown that had a cavity under it replaced and they did a terrific job. It took 3 hours but the time went quickly and NO PAIN!! Walt, who does the anesthesia, is excellent! I didn’t feel him inserting the needle and the anesthesia lasted well past the procedure. And the process of replacing the crown and repairing the cavity was easy and painless and I left with a new crown after 3 hours with NO PAIN or discomfort, during the procedure or afterwards!! I am so happy to have found a Dental office that has such highly trained and efficient professionals who are friendly, concerned and genuinely care for their patients.

I drive more than 30 minutes, past many dental offices, in order to go to Riverside Dental, as I have for many years. They are always staffed, front to back, with the friendliest, most considerate, efficient team members I have seen. They respect your time, they remember everything they need to know about you and your family, and they simply do a great job. The owner, Dr. Jennifer Hough, sets the tone and the pace. Riverside is obviously a great place to work, because she retains staff for a long time. They always have the best hygienists in the business - thank you, Walter!

Everyone here is great! The dentists and hygienists are great at what they do and very kind.
