1stvtime here. Came in for a recall and a service check up. Staff very friendly and we got our car out in a timely matter. Great antique store next to there place while waiting. Great stuff to shop for.

We came in late one night about an hour before they closed. Austin came out to meet us smiling ready to help us with anything we needed. We ended up staying like 2 hours after closing time, not one time did I feel like he was trying to hurry us out of there or he was upset cause he was having to stay late. A very pleasant respectful young man. I would recommend him to anyone.

Perfect! I chatted via text/phone call to do the entire deal. I was given the monthly payment amount, I agreed and went to sign and they were actually able to LOWER my payments (without me asking). I feel like they really did look for the best financing deal for me and I trust them! I have purchased probably 8 brand new cars in my lifetime and never have I agreed then signed for lower payments. I was impressed and appreciated it very much! I will go back and I will send my friends. I love my brand new Elantra!

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Palisade from Hyundai of Dothan. I was very pleased with all the staff there. I had been looking for a new vehicle for weeks. Jason showed me the Palisade and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. However, he never pressured me to buy as some car salesmen often do. He would send me pictures of new inventory when they got in something new. Hyundai of Dothan also offered the lowest interest rates around as well as the best warranty. Even after purchasing the vehicle, Jason has helped me learn more about my vehicle by sending me videos of how to use the equipment and offering to answer any of my questions about the care of my new vehicle. Thanks to Jason, Nikko and Sharon I traded my 08 Accent for a 22 Kona! The vehicle I wanted sold - twice. Nikko worked hard for me asking about my needs in a vehicle, my wants, and even after my making a decision had another option for me. Okay, so I'm wordy. 🤷🏾‍♀. Anyway, we took care of everything via text and phone calls. In the end, Nikko drove my Kona Limited to me and drove back to Dothan in my old car. About 2 hours each way not mention completing the paperwork. I did look at other makes/models before staying Hyundai. They have the best warranty on the market!
