The staff at five star were quick efficient and very helpful and helping me figure out the direction I need to take as far as refinancing my car. They also help me figure out starting a new account and the process was easy and quick.

I honestly can't understand all the bad reviews on here. I have been banking here for well over a decade and I love 5 Star. The people are very nice and I have never encountered any type of problem that wasn't handled professionally and quickly. Plus never a service charge like other banks. This is a great place to bank!

Jottie was the best she helped me with all my problems and concerned. She definitely deserves a raise the way she made sure to meet all my expectations. Avoid having to get assistance from Anja. She is rude, will over talk you, and will not help you at all. Worse experience with her but thank God Jottie came and saved the day because without her I would’ve left the worse review due to the bad experience from Anja.
