Motel 6 Dothan, AL

Very friendly staff and very accommodating to us as my husband is in a wheelchair. Our room was very nice and there was a huge roll in shower. The location of our room was great. A big shout out to maintenance (Mark?)for everything. Our a/c-heater went out in our room and he was on it in no time.. Thank you, we had a nice warm room.

I own a transportation company, stayed here, Saturday night with my copilot. Literally one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had with motel 6…. Clean prompt. Customer service was amazing. And they had to ply toilet paper. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you so much for your hospitality guys. See you soon.

This motel has good ambience and nice staff. The rooms are clean and like the service .

Stayed in the same handicap room 2 times, a week apart. Room was very spacious, it came with 2 queen sized beds. They were comfortable, I slept in different bed on my 2 visits. Bathroom was huge and very wheelchair accessible. The tub/ shower even had a folding built in bench seat.
The room also has a refrigerator that worked perfectly, and a large flat screen television with remote.
We never witnessed any bug issues at all. Room was very clean, and the price was 67.00 for each night. Can't beat that.

By far this is the best Motel 6 I’ve stayed in and overall a great place when you need to be budget minded. As a General Manager myself certified with Choice and J M management company of course I look through different eyes than most. Two people that should be noted for their help towards my stay were a young black girl on days and a young black gentleman on days the following day. I explained to the young lady that I was there for medical appointments and I arrived early but she accommodated a earlier check in and the dude was very professional and well fit. You should recognize the two.

Super rooms and I love the location and employees are so friendly

Been here less than a week but so far so good. Crystal working in the office is friendly and knowledgeable. Dante also. Had a problem with the heating but it was fixed within minutes of reporting it. Housekeeping staff very friendly.

New mattress was very comfortable. Very quiet. Stayed here on the way home to Panama City. Saves money.

They make you feel welcome..and human!! Clean, spacious rooms. King is always my preferred choice. Very reasonable prices too. The best part Is there's a Dollar General across the street and an outback next door. I just feel comfortable here. I'll definitely stay here again & again!! Thank you so much Malek!! I got a room with a king size bed on the first floor for my son and daughter-in-law. They both have knee and back issues. Was easy peasy to get a room on the bottom floor. Also very reasonable rates.They had a 3 night stay due to the county that they live in crushed a major water pipe while cleaning out the ditch and cutting down trees. They live down a dirt road that's about half a mile long. So couldn't truck water back there. Road is to uneaven and lots of washout. Still waiting on my reimbursement from the county.

I love this place the staff is exceptional the stay here is exceptional. I've lived here a month now and have zero complaints they are constantly upgrading things and their rooms are very clean. I don't know what I would do some days if it was not for the them. They treat you like family and not just a customer!

Our first night was a great experience. At check-in, the front desk was very nice and friendly. She told me where everything is located, cleaning schedules, ect - it was a fast and easy process. We got a studio (kitchenette) room. First impression of our room, very clean! No carpet which is fantastic for a pet friendly hotel and families with small children (like us). TV is outdated, but works fine so no complaints there. The bathroom is spotless, towels clean and bright white. We got a non-smoking room that has no odors which is nice. Even with two beds, our room is pretty spacious which will make our stay more enjoyable.

When I asked Justin to bring towels to my room he brought them with no hesitation. He smiled he made me feel so comfortable, he made me feel so welcomed. In fact I tested him. I called down to the front desk like 9 times and his response never changed I could truly hear his smile in his voice. I'm truly thankful that my room was so clean , smelled so nice. ! I'm thankful for Motel 6 the rate was great. And the service was wonderful.

I am (paid now through end July) still very happy with my stay here at the Motel 6 in Dothan as I look for buying a home closer to the coast. I found nothing that I'd complain about. The office personnel are always available, friendly and helpful. The cleaning service comes through every morning checking on my needs. My room is exceptionally nice, recently updated and I am very comfortable sleeping here. Extra special, although have not been as much as I'd like, the pool is very inviting, clean, and most times only a few people at a time using it. Thank you friends at Motel 6!

Hotel exceeded my expectations the room was spotless the staff truly makes you feel like family and it's affordable!
Reading other reviews I can say these people either confused their stay with another location or the management does everything possible to turn those bad reviews into 5 star stays! I highly recommend Motel 6 in Dothan, AL over any other

I read other reviews and I don't agree with some of them. We have been here since August and we have seen a few roaches but not many. The staff is excellent. We have never had any problems. I do recomend the place. And the price is good.

Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean. I know they mopped the floor as it was still wet and a bit slippery when I entered. Not a big deal. I stayed here twice within 3 days.
