Spacious, clean rooms with great air-flow & ventilation. Beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels provided.

Staff was so professional and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious; the attendant was mindful and caring. The biscuits & gravy and fresh fruit was delicious!

Very nice staff. Pretty clean rooms. I’m picky about rooms and showers. I know they won’t be perfect but I felt pretty good about this room. I got a pet friendly room with my dog, and the room did not smell bad from previous pets! It was good. Would go back. Thanks for your service! This is a real review!

Let me start by saying I’m really picky and weird when it comes to cleanliness. I really felt comfortable here. Everything was clean and tidy, the lady (I wish I’d gotten her name) at the front desk when we checked in was phenomenal. She was so friendly and helpful . she got me extra towels without hesitation.
The breakfast was delicious and lots of selections to satisfy my picky kiddos. We didn’t eat until around 9 and it was still stocked and hot.
The pool was clean and open until 10pm so we were able to swim after a late check in.
We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this hotel - Willie checked us in with very friendly service. We went out for pickup, and when we came back with our boxed pizza, he said, "don't forget to grab some plates and napkins from (the breakfast area)," which we thought was nice. The stay was unremarkable, which is how we like it. We don't pay enough for extraordinary, so if we can't remember much except how nice the front desk person was, we consider that a win.

Halfway point for most my travels in SE. Clean rooms. Pet friendly ( although 25.00 charge) which is a plus!

I've been on the road all week, from Colorado heading to Florida. This was by far the nicest place we stayed. Pet friendly and the rooms were still SPOTLESS, updated, and everything worked. We stayed at a few other pet friendly hotels along the way, and it was obvious the rooms no longer got any care or maintenance. We arrived late, and Autumn was at the front desk. Super friendly. The young man talking care of the breakfast buffet this morning (Monday) also friendly and super helpful. Housekeeping was already in the hallway, and I just had to compliment her about how much we enjoyed our stay. She was so happy for the compliment. I'm sure they put up with a lot of inconsiderate and grumpy travelers every day. I don't think I've ever given a hotel a five star, but I can't think of a reason not to for this place. Will stop again on our return trip.

The check in was easy and pleasant. The room was nice. There was a great breakfast. My only "complaint" was that the fitness room air conditioning was not working. We spent 2 nights and I used it both days. Maybe they should advertise it as a sauna!

Once I got into the correct room, Monte made sure to take great care of me, as well as Alexis. They are both amazing, and Monet is a great manager! Also, the food at breakfast was delicious and thank you, ladies, for cooking for everyone!

stayed two nights due to a death . Room was very clean and all staff was very friendly. Check in and out was fast and very easy. Will stay again when visiting my brother.I work at a Best Western Plus and this one is very well kept also. Thanks to the front desk staff and the kitchen staff for making our stay a good one... This was a great choice for the night to escape bad weather and turned into a second honeymoon for us. I called to check their availability and CeCe had us set up and ready to check in in less than 5 minutes. The room was very nice and seemed very suitable for handicap access. Everything was very clean and the Staff was above and beyond with the way they treated us. We had to get up and out first thing in the morning for an appointment so, the complimentary breakfast was going to be very convenient. The breakfast was much more than we expected! Omelets, bacon, fresh waffles, fruit, yogurt, danishes, toast/bread, juices, coffee etc. The gentleman that was taking care of the breakfast was very kind and super friendly to everyone there. I expect a little bit of a mess at a hotel when they are fully booked but, not this place. It was clean ceiling to floor when we checked in and despite the rain and heavy traffic stayed clean until we checked out. It's unusual to stay in a hotel in your home town but, I think we'll be planning another get away here in the future. Thanks Best Western Dothan Inn & Suites for a fantastic stay!

Great Stay,
The hotel is nice and the rooms are spotless. That’s the easy part, the staff is Great! Every person we met was friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The gentleman at the breakfast bar went out of his way to be accommodating on both our visits.
We planned our route to stop there on our return trip, because of the service.

Spent one night going to Florida. Motel was clean and well taken care of. Room was large, bed was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not to bad either. Will definitely stay again.

Clean room, excellent location and the customer service was 5 star plus. Every employee was amazingly helpful. Monet who worked at the front counter was especially warm and caring. I could tell she loves what she does immediately. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I feel lucky to have stayed here for two weeks while I worked in this city. I will be back soon and I don't want to stay anywhere else but here!!

Great location, clean comfortable, and affordable rooms. Brought two dogs with us. They only charge a 25 dollar fee which is a very reasonable charge. I also liked that you could choose a pet friendly room when booking the room. The staff was very nice. Check in was quick and easy. We travel from Tennessee to Florida 3 to 4 times a year and we almost always stay in Dothan on the way down. This hotel is a fantastic pet friendly hotel and will be my go to choice from now on.

Had a great experience at this hotel!! Hotel was clean. Our room had a fridge and microwave. The receptionist greeted us as we walked in late last night. She was absolutely wonderful! Such a big smile. Pleasant personality. She, Cece, was also there when we left this morning! Smiling again. Our complimentary breakfast was delicious!! The fella in charge was so sweet and attentive!! Highly recommend this hotel!!
