Natalie is extremely knowledgeable, so don’t let the fact that she is a young, attractive, female, make you think otherwise since she doesn’t look or act like your “typical used car salesman“. She has grown up in the business, so knows what she is talking about! I have been in sales in some format, pretty much all of my life, and even sold carsat a couple of places, so it is hard to impress me. But she does!

I pretty much got screwed over. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey from here. When I asked if the vehicle had been wrecked I was told it had not when in fact it had. The windows do not roll down anymore. The air will not turn off. I've had to replace the tires twice on it because of the wheel assembly being messed up from being wrecked. I told them I did not want a vehicle from Florida and low and behold the vehicle came from Florida. The motor and transmission are messed up. It will not hardly pull up a hill. All of this started happening like two weeks after I purchased the vehicle. I was informed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I asked several times and was reassured over and over that they drove it and nothing was wrong with it. I am now having to try and find a different vehicle with no money because it all got spent on this vehicle. I can't trade it in because I still have not received the title to it and it's been almost two months now.

This man lied to me and told me the car he was selling me had an accident but only had damage to the bumper. It was in a serious car accident according to the car fax report.
