Just wish they didn't charge to cash my payroll check. It's written on this bank

Polite, helpful, goes the extra mile

If I could rate "0" I most definitely would. I recieved payment in the form of a cashier's check issued by this bank 2 weeks ago. My bank is in the Northeast and mobile deposit limits for this particular institution cannot exceed but less than half of the amount payable.
I was instructed by the self proclaimed "VP" (Mike Smith) to mail the check to my bank however my financial consultant highly advised against this as a cashier's check should be treated like cash.
I returned to this branch to ask for payment so that I could transfer the money to my bank rather than send a paper check. We were immediately met by 2 extremely unprofessional tellers, Miss Tina and Miss Shameka who flat out refused to cash the cashiers check, which unlike a personal check is GUARANTEED by this bank.
They then proceeded to contact to the "VP" who told me if I had a problem with their policies he could always cancel the check.
When I advised miss Tina and Miss Shameka of how unprofessional and rude they were being to my girlfriend and I they laughed in our faces and demanded we leave immediately or they would call the police.
I'm not sure how they treat their account holders but there are too many alternatives with better customer relations than this bottom feeder institution.
