We had a wonderful stay at this Dothan location.
Office staff was tremendously helpful and offered a list of fun places for our Kiddos to enjoy. One Staff worker that really stood out (I believe her name was Scarlet) had a sweet demeanor about her. Before leaving this Review I was curious as to how many others had experienced the great service with clean and cozy rooms as my family had.
I was very disappointed at most of the Reviews. Everyone should know when a person leaves a negative Review they're just being spiteful and vengeful. When someone leaves a bad Review in my opinion speaks volumes for their character
Through my years of living I have learned one thing that is certain. When a person leaves a negative Review it's purely one Sided, Most people that work with or for the Public are generally nice people since that's 99.9% of their Job. If someone leaves a bad Review ones Offering Negative or Mean Vibes. So keep in mind next time you leave or read a negative review 9 out 10 times the one leaving a a bad review was either trying to get a free or discounted stay or maybe free food . They think leaving a Review is a way of getting back at someone when it only shows their true colors. I would stay here again and again purely to have affiliation with the management team again.

Checked out today March 29. I spent a week stay at this hotel.everything was clean in the room I stayed at.the tv worked.even the microwave. The towels and sheets where clean.i would stay here again.

Really good people that work here, Miss Scarlet has been wonderful, Curtis, Lexi, and Niki and oh dang forgot her name,have also been great, thanks Intown, S.E.

I have to say this place has come a long way towards the positive. The new manager is cleaning up. She and her staff are doing a wonderful job. It's nice to see most all the riff raff is gone from hanging around. Plus the rooms are looking better.

Best place to stay a full week, ppl are nice. Once I left my card there for 11 days and came back to it, untouched and unused

I am a travel nurse and have been staying here for several months and have nothing but nice things to say!

I am staying in one of the newly renovated premium rooms and it is great. It's clean, the bed is comfortable and it has a full fridge, glass top stove and nice wood floors!

I work nights and the curtains keep it dark enough to sleep and I haven't been woken up at all by noisy neighbors or anything. When I told Scott, the manager, and the front desk about working night shift, they put me on the top floor so I could have the quietest spot to rest.

Scott and Krystal the house keeper and even maintenance all know me now and which room I'm in and check in with me. I feel very safe being away from home and I'm very thankful for that! The walkways are clean, any other guests I've met have been pleasant. I've not seen any suspicious or bad situations. There is a Dollar general directly next door that you can walk to and get things you need quickly. It's super convenient.

If you get a chance definitely stay here and definitely stay in the premium rooms. It's very very reasonably priced and worth it!

Our stay here has been more than comfortable. We have a standard two bed room that's clean, nicely decorated and equipped with all the kitchenette amenities which includes a mid size refrigerator and ample cabinet space. Also as an added bonus there's crisp cable tv and superb wifi that covers the entire property.

The staff is professional but very friendly and are there for any issues that might arise. Scarlett's always smiling, cheerful and easy to talk to and Curtis is quick to fix anything that might break.

Housekeeping is minimal in occupied rooms but since it's a very affordable extended stay hotel that's not all that unusual, They do work hard, however, and are very thorough in their cleaning of the empty rooms because when I checked in the floor, appliances and bathroom were immaculate.

The property feels safe, the location is in a decent area of Dothan, and there's a general store right next door for quick snacks and drinks.

For the price, you couldn't ask for better. I'd definitely recommend Dothan Intown Suites to family and friends.

This hotel is amazing. They have amazing service. Scott is very nice and is always helpful. The room was very expressive. It has a nice size bed The bathroom is a impressive size. The cooking area is amazing. The TV is huge and has all of our favorite channels. Within the first 24 hours they check on us and how things are going.

I have been here as a travel nurse for about a week. Have had zero issues whatsoever. Scott was very professional on check in, explained the hotel policies. I was able to see the room before I committed to the length of my travel contract. I did have one problem with the bathroom and it was fixed immediately as soon as I notified Scott. He is very courteous and strives to make this establishment the best it can be. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is by far the nicest place as far as a hotel I have stayed while traveling. The room is clean, the air conditioner is quiet and not a lot of noise while sleeping during the day as I work night shift. Donna the housekeeping supervisor is so nice and is very accommodating to my work schedule. I can’t say enough nice things regarding our treatment here at Intown Suites. I love that they have police patrolling the area frequently so I feel safe. Thank you all for welcoming us to Dothan. The staff here deserves more than just 5 stars.

Everyone was so very sweet we stayed there for 1yr. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The maintenance guy William was very professional and was very helpful with everything we needed. Housekeeping was always very helpful and very sweet to us. Management was always very helpful and tried to accommodate everything we needed. If we ever need a place to stay down there again we will be back

The staff and Scott were truly a blessing during our housing transition! Nice clean updated rooms made it a little easier for me to adjust to relocating! Scott always greets you with a smile and genuine concern to help meet your needs.The grounds are impeccable, nice and quite.

Scott is very nice and easy going. The room is very clean and amazing. We have an Autistic son and they are very sweet to him. It is very quiet around here and a dollar store right next door. Will definitely be coming back here in the future. They treat you like you are family not a stranger.

The new rooms are excellent! Front desk staff is always personable. Give these folks a call. In town Dothan really is a great place to stay. Scott is a great property manager!!! Krystal and Donna are great at keeping the rooms clean!

The manager named Scott is absolutely excellent along with his assistant Elaine. The whole staff is excellent for that matter! Very friendly and helpful with whatever one may need. The location is also great since there is a Waffle House across the road and a Dollar General right next door. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Exceptional customer service. My husband and I had a full conversation afterwards, as we travel quite a bit all over the southeast, we have yet to experience that quality of service. Between one to five star hotels, Scott was the most professional, knowledgeable, intelligent (used to be common sense) person we have come in contact with. Customer service is borderline non-existent nowadays. We decided to stay an additional week simply because of that. Fantastic place.

The staff is great and the rooms are clean! I’ve locked myself out a few times and the response times have always been swift. Even at 4am! The environment is quiet for the most part and everyone around has been very kind. I love the comfortability of staying here. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you guys for making our stay great!

The GM and staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make their guest feel at home.

The rooms are newly remodeled in every way.Painted,clean,large televisions and the management is down to earth,kind and sincere.These rooms have not one single roach or any, unlike the extended hotel across the street.l can't get over the cleanliness and kindness.And no one asked me to write this review.My husband died a wrongful DEATH due to Daybreak inn and suites.

My brother is an attorney in Bhm. And I know God will make sure they are brought to justice for taking my husband.God and the justice system.

But you will see.Their owner has no compassion or empathy for human life.Plus they kept our mths payment and everything we owned.
