GREAT STAY! THANKS TO KATELYN THE SALES MANAGER FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I LOVED HER SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY! THE BREAKFAST VERY GOOD AND ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!

Staff is super charming, room was super clean and the area was safe near restaurants and shopping. Thanks for a great stay. Will stay again while in Dothan.

We got so lucky with this hotel! We came in late hoping to get a 2 bed room after getting turned down by other hotels in the area. Lucky we met Sean Smith at the front desk and he helped us out big time! Sean was able to find us a room that would work and at a good price! I'm very pleased! The rooms were clean and I had a great experience overall ♡

The building is tucked away off a side road so you gotta watch where you are going cleanliness is outstanding. The beds are soft and cozy. Parking is pretty easy but the facility only has one cart to bring in luggage. Good trying to use it. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Indoor pool is small but clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and gracious, especially the nice lady setting up breakfast. Great food on the bar, you gotta do the waffles. I recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Stayed there for almost 3 months on a business trip. Beds were comfy. Front desk people were AWESOME. Always super nice and attentive to my needs. I enjoyed conversing with Ms. Q and Ethan during breakfast. Nice folks I gave ot 3 stars because of housekeeping. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Exactly what you would expect from a Marriott chain hotel. Everything was clean. The dining area furniture is a bit worn out, but that's because the so-called leather seating isn't leather and it wears off quickly. Very quiet. Normally I have to have the fan running to create white noise, but did not have to do that here. Staff was very friendly. Had no issues at all.

I go to Alabama to visit with my Grandkids. Stayed at a few Terrible hotels but I was very pleased with this one! It's in between the best and the worse. All stay were friendly and helpful.

I stayed here with my parents for a night, and the service was BEYOND 5 stars, super kind and enjoyable people to be around! Highly recommend! The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean, breakfast was mediocre though,

Hotel is a bit dated, but the staff more than makes up for it. Very clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. Shout out to Caroline for exceptional service and bright personality!

I just needed a clean place to grab 5-6 hours sleep on my way north and Fairfield Inn was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable with very little noise, because the building sits maybe 1/8 mile off the highway. If I make that same journey again, I will definitely stay there.

Sadia was amazing!! Showed up on short notice, without a reservation, needing 8 rooms for a work related visit. She made it happen out of seemingly out of no where. Much much appreciated!

Staying here currently and I'm very impressed while in town for a baseball tournament. Room was very clean and everything seems updated. Front desk lady was very courteous. The only thing I wasn't crazy to see was the community squirt bottles for shampoo/Conditioner/body wash in the shower... which seems a little weird to me. I'd prefer the single use bottles but that's just me. Good thing i brought my own. Didnt use pool but it is open so that's nice to see. Excited to try out breakfast tomm. Ate dinner at Mexican restaurant across the street, highly recommend.

Staff was wonderful we had my daughter’s birthday party here indoor pool nice and clean warm. Showers and room were great and the staff was just outstanding every shift

I God there very tired, because I drove from Atlanta GA. Sadia Tahir the front desk welcomed me with a great smile. She saw me so tired, that she offered me water, or coffee. I explained to her about my allergies and she got me a very clean room. Sadia has so much personality that made my day. Thank you Sadia Tahir for your kindness with me. God bless you always.

Very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was great. Even with covid making things different they made sure I had everything I needed. Bed were very comfortable and the room had a nice shower. The overnight desk manager Mike was very friendly. Lobby coffee is very good. All in all 5 stars and very clean. Definitely recommend.

Mr. Blake was hospitable and kind. Worked with me from beginning to end. It was my birthday and my family and I had a blast at the indoor heated pool. Snacks and drinks at front desk. Extra towels when ever we asked. Room was very clean it pasted the paper napkin test. Lol

Our rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were always courteous The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

We have stayed at this location multiple times. Clean comfortable lodging, location is great. Fresh breakfast every morning. SeQuilla P. took extra care of us. Excellent service, will stay again when in town.

Love it. The young lady that morning who was preparing the breakfast greeted every guest with a good morning and has they left she told everyone be safe and enjoy your day. It's the small things that keep everyone happy. She is a diamond 💎
