I have been with this office for several years now. I left today solely because I got a much more competitive rate on my bundle (for the same coverage). But other than the price differential, it was hard to say goodbye. Never any issues and used for 2 claims during my tenure (a small car claim, and a roof claim). The claims process both times was a breeze and customer service has never been an issue. If things do not work out with my new company down the line, not ruling out an AmFam comeback.
