Had a horrible experience with this trucking company on 2/28/23 and 3/1/23. Driver showed up 5 hours after appointment time, then left immediately instead of picking up. I was told he'd be there at 7am next day, then I was told he was at my location at 10 am. That turned out to be a flat out lie. Then finally when they showed up hours later, they wouldn't take the load. This dispatcher needs to be fired. No broker should use this company.
