I was here In Illinois visiting and I have been battling lung cancer, I was experiencing a lot of hair loss and I walked in to ask if I need an appointment I was considering shaving my hair as I just had 6 inches cut off a few days ago and still did not help the hair loss. I explained to Eyad what I was dealing with and he was the absolute kindest and compassionate. He offered to shave it immediately and offered me a wig to leave with. It was very overwhelming for me and he made me feel so calm. I have never met someone so selfless and and caring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Eyad. I will never forget you. ♥♥

I came across this salon while searching for a hair salon that specifically caters to African-American hair. Based on the reviews, there wasn't a single negative review about them. When I called to book an appointment, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they could schedule my appointment over the phone.

I had an amazing experience on my first visit to this place. Nihada did a great job with my hair and recommended trimming my ends, without overdoing it. There was no wait time and I was in and out quickly. I even got to meet the very nice owner. I love their appointment system and the fact that they accept card payments. I will be coming back here.

Was looking for a salon close by that could do a modern cut for my young daughter, and fix the bad cut she currently had. Eyad got us in the same day, totally fixed her bad cut, and even popped in some color for her. My daughter was so happy and he did a great job. Very friendly and felt at ease. We will definitely be going back.

Was recommended by my sister to get my hair cut here and I loveeeee how my hair looks! I showed a pictures of what I wanted and got exactly that. If you’re looking for a great place for a hair cut definitely recommend coming here! It’s a great environment and great service!

Eyad is the best hair extension specialist in Chicago that I’ve found after 20 years here. He is so skilled and talented with old school techniques and new techniques. He listens and understands everything you ask for and is beyond kind and friendly and professional. Instant friend and new stylist after 1 visit. Pictures don’t do the hair justice but that was right after I got a partial and extensions moved up

My hair has looked the best it has ever looked in years since I walked into Gravity Salon 3 years ago and met Eyad. I have been coming back religiously ever since. He is one of the kindest and most accommodating people you will ever meet.
He works true magic and miracles in everything he does. He is truly a gifted artist of his craft. I will never go anywhere else for my color, hair extensions, and cut. I highly, highly, recommend coming here. You will NOT be disappointed.

Eyad is beyond amazing, extremely patience, VERY Understanding, my daughter 9 years old has long curly hair and he did such an Amazing hair cut for her hair, she never cut her hair before since she was born and he did such an Fantastic job for her.

I called late afternoon on Saturday needing a Partial Highlight, all over color, cut and also a haircut for my 12 year old son. They got us in by 5:30 pm that same day.. the salon was clean and well kept, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the owner of the salon did an amazing job on mine and my son's hair. This will be my go to spot from now on. Thank you, I love my hair❤

I went to this salon with my mom (I wanted a haircut and she wanted her gray hairs touched up) and I loved my haircut so much!! Eyad is amazing and he’s super super kind, and I can tell my mom appreciates him as well as they interact like close friends :))

My hair turned out amazing. Eyad listened to what I wanted and brought it to life. I don't trust people with my hair usually but he was so great (and his sister) and he gave a great head massage. I will definitely go back!

Recently started coming here for services since my stylist of many years is always booked like a month out- I had to find a place with more stylist and flexibility. Their prices are very fair for the quality and service you receive. They just gained a loyal client thank you Iyad, Sandy & Nehad.

I had just gotten off work on a Saturday and I wanted to get a haircut right away but most salons were already closed by then. Then I found that this salon was open till 8pm so I took advantage of it.
I just want to say that Eyad did a great job on my hair and I have been getting lots of compliments on my haircut. It was my first visit there and I am glad 😊. I have my go-to salon now 😉.

Wonderful salon, very professional owner is very good at what he does. This is the same caliber salon as Mario’s or Amato’s which are two very well-known salons locally that produce very high-end work. He brought my wife’s hair back to her original color. Which was not a easy task, then highlight and toned the hair to get a very natural high end look. I’m very happy with the out come and I’ll be coming back. I also let him cut and style my teenage daughters hair and she has very long hair. It was nice and shiny with great bounce and volume. Wonderful experience and I can’t thank you enough sir!

I came here for the first time just for a simple hair trim, which Eyad did perfectly. But first he washed my hair and massaged my head which felt so nice! When it came time to pay, I realized my debit card wasn't in my wallet and I was $5 short of what I owed with cash. I said I'll have to call my mom to bring me some cash, Eyad was so kind and told me to not worry about it! (Later I found out I left my debit card in one of my work uniforms after getting gas during the week.) I will be back for sure, Eyad is a great hair stylist and makes you feel comfortable!

To anyone coming across this review. I am not one to leave reviews on a regular but I feel like this review was very much so needed I just want to say Eyad and his talent is on another level from his welcoming vibes and excellent customer service to the way he made you feel comfortable and right at home it literally felt like a therapy session full of laughter just a wonderful time in his chair I just want to say I’m not crazy when it comes to getting my hair done but I just felt like I was long overdue for some color and deep conditioning treatment and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy and everything was great I highly recommend seeing him and going to his salon thank you so much Eyad for everything from your patience to your experience and talented self.
