Cool little dive bar that I would visit again. Not much open late night downtown St Louis but this was fun. Great drinks decent prices etc.

Mike is an awesome bartender! Came here after being advised to by a friend. Mike pointed us to Brian's bus before the Cards game, which was awesome too! The bar has various games, which was a fun time as well!

One of the last late night vestiges of the wanton booze head looking for a fix after 1:00 a.m.. awesome for darts and a really cool bar. Tons of great beer.

I didn't know what to expect. Small place but friendly customers and a clean restroom. Quick service. Great place for a late night drink

This our neighborhood bar. It’s an excellent place to pop in to watch the Blues and grab a beer. Their selection is great, and their bartenders are great. There’s always a friendly face at the bar, and new comers are welcome. We stopped in after we move down the street, and we fell in love with the place. If you hang out on the weekends, you can grab a hot dog from the street vendor after 9pm.

They were voted as the best hole in the wall bar in St. Louis. They have a massive beer selection, awesome staff, games, and there are always a decent number of people here.

One of the best bars I've even been in. Why? Because the staff hustles... they don't leave you hanging. They aren't ignoring you because you're not an attractive female. They are on it getting you drinks, with no attitude and are very cool people who want you to feel at home there. The door man too... nice guys all of them.

Very good beer selection. Yes, a couple of my beers were skunked but that happens. Place has a great vibe. I was in there after the Rolling Stones concert on a Sunday night and it was happening but not too crowded.

If I ever owned a bar, this is what I would want it to be like.

We just discovered this place the last time we went to St. Louis. A wonderful bar with polite staff and lots of games to choose from. They have air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, dart boards, mini basketball. Lots of space to hang out with small or large groups of friends. I think we came back to this place four times while we were there for a long weekend.

Great bar to hang out and play some games. It would be cool if they had a Bullshooter dart board but I wouldn't give up foosball or skee ball for it.

Incredible beer selection with good bartender and only bar in the area with darts and other games. Can't believe there were not more people here.

Great beer selection on tap along with a great selection of sours. Their new chef, George Santos crafted the best damn cheese pizza ever.

An excellent bar but they don't serve any food. They do allow you to bring food in. Great staff and prices. Plenty of arcade and other games. Clean bathroom and a very large bar to have private conversations.

This is the ultimate craft beer bar. The staff is really great and the menu of craft beers, and the variety, is OUTSTANDING. They don't have much for food options, but the craft beer selections are very good. Highly recommended when in downtown St.Louis!

One of the only places left in downtown st louis. The fellas behind the bar were happy to be there and very attentive. They remembered my drink even though they were being bombarded by patrons. Thanks for the pleasant experience. I will return in the near future

Awesome fun Blue Collar/White Collar bar. Lots of fun and amazing beer selection. My favorite bar in town. I live in St. Charles and go to Hair of the Dog every time I am downtown. Its that much fun. Its also one of the best places to play Foosball in St. Louis.

We had a lot of fun here, they had a great selection of craft beers fun bartenders and all sorts of games around to play. This is the type of dive bar I love visiting and highly recommend stopping in for a cocktail or beer

Great little dive bar in downtown St. Louis. Lots of beers on tap, great service, fun atmosphere and lots of things to do. Darts, shuffle board, pool tables, foosball and even pinball and table hockey. Fun place to hang.

Terrific little dive. Really great selection of draft beers and some nice bottles as well. Plus, I had house-made smoked bratd and potato salad there before the Bears-Rams game, and those brats were incredible.

And to the guy who refused to pay for his beer when he decided he wanted to change his order after it was already poured - you ARE a terrible customer. Go somewhere else.

Hair of the Dog is hands down the best bar on Washington Avenue. 43 beers on tap, 200+ bottles of beers and an amazing whiskey selection. If you like the NHL, Dom always has a game on on one the 12 tv’s. On top of that they have all the bar games. Fooseball, shuffle board and pinball just to name a few. 10/10 will drink here again.
