Came in with an engagement ring that had stones missing because another jeweler resized it wrong. I went to 2 jewelers and they said they can’t replace them. LaBelle Jewelers assured me that it can be fixed and gave me a very reasonable price as well. I was a bit nervous leaving the ring but the employees were so sweet and made sure I was informed about the process. The ring was also fixed the very next day and looks like nothing happened to it ! If you have any issues with your jewelry this is the place !!!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring from LaBelle Jewelers and he said it was the most amazing experience working with Lana. I love my ring. It is very well made and exactly how I wanted it to look! I recently went in for the first time to purchase our wedding bands and when I walked in Lana recognized me immediately. She took the time to give me her opinion and help me shop and I am so glad I decided on the bands that I did. They are gorgeous! Every time I stop into the store, they clean my ring and you can just tell they care about making sure you are happy. The master jeweler is very skilled at what he does. I wouldn't want to purchase our wedding bands or my ring from anywhere else.

Absolutely perfect experience with LaBelle Jewelers! I searched for 50+ hours on loose stones to understand the 4 C’s but still could not make a choice on which diamond. So I decided to call LaBelle and go into the store. The second I walked into the store I felt comfortable when Rula greeted me. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the OVERWHELMING process of buying an engagement ring, so much easier! I actually ordered a stone and picked out a band the same day and in 2-3 weeks I had a fully customized, gorgeous engagement ring! Turnaround time was not long at all and on the day of pick up I was floored- lost for words!!! The ring is absolutely beautiful!!! Labelle Jewlery store is by far the Best than all the rest. After shopping around to probably 15 stores I stopped when I came to LaBelle. Rulla and Lana are so well educated on EVERYTHING diamonds and jewelry. I was looking for a specific diamond that is rather new. A criss cut emerald diamond. No one knew what I was asking for. Well instead of looking at me like I had 2 heads they professionally looked it up and said yes we can order that for you!!!!! I am now the owner of the most beautiful ring EVER! Lana was the best sales person. She was never pushy, she let me decide what.I wanted. Gave me a few days to figure things out! Please no need to go ANYWHERE ELSE! LaBelle should be your go to Jeweler! I have used them for small things before and that’s why I remembered to go there….. I forgot to mention that. I was treated the same. Beautiful pieces! Used them for my wedding band, engagement ring, money clip, jewelry repair, and watch batteries. All work was done timely and with great detail! The owners are awesome—super friendly and helpful!

Absolutely fantastic work done on my Hublot watch. Other jewelry shops in the Orland area said that it was beyond repair or it would take at least a week to finish. LaBelle completed the work flawlessly in less than 24 hours. Couldn’t be happier with the results I’d recommend them to everyone. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.

My Experience with LaBelle Jewelry was amazing!!!! My wife broke a prong on her ring and they made it look brand new again.

Had a wonderful experience here. My engagement and wedding ring kept rotating and I had a friend refer me to this jeweler. They added “bumps” to each of them and now they stay in place perfectly but I can still get my rings on and off easily. Everyone was friendly, experienced and best of all it was ready in less than 2 hours after I stopped in.

I had eleven watch batteries put in today. At another jeweler, I was told it would take over a week! They did it in two hours at half the cost. I also brought in a beloved watch that was missing crystals and had a broken ceramic band. Was told by other jeweler it couldn’t be fixed. They fixed it good as new today! I am so happy!!! Very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back!

Not only did the girls at LaBelle do a fabulous job, they made the experience relaxing, fun and memorable for my daughter! Lana and Rula are the BEST! When I walked in looking for an engagement ring for my now wife, I had no idea what what the process was, all I had was a few pics and hints from my wife. Lana and Rula listen to you and will work with you to pick out or design the perfect ring. They were the first stop when I started looking and they assured me I would return and they were right! I had such a great experience, I was not pressured and they will work to 100% stay within your budget. I have a custom engagement ring from LA and was really nervous to get it sized locally. I am so pleased with the service I received at LaBelle. They were so nice and personable. They made me feel comfortable and educated me on how the ring should fit so I was able to decide what was comfortable for my finger. The ring looks/feels amazing and the price was so reasonable. It was done in a half hour while I waited. I will definitely be driving the hour from my house to this location if I need any more resizing or repair done. Thank you!!
