Wilen & Associates

I have been a customer Of Joys for years, Allways had my taxes done in time and never had an issue with IRS. She does my corp and personals. I would recommend them to anyone and be confident they would be pleased. There are 2 sides to every story I'd like to hear Joys about the bad rating below!

I just about NEVER write reviews. So, when I saw that there was a negative review (2 years old), I had to make sure I could provide something a little more recent. Joy and her staff have been great. I am not very organized. But, she has been very patient when we need extra time to get our documents together. We've taken our taxes to Joy since she was recommended to us 9 years ago. I had a 'left-behind' condo in another state, and she helped us with all of the taxes related to that property. Also, when we finally sold said condo, she helped us with the last tax paperwork for the out-of-state resolution of the sale without charging for it. That is going above-and-beyond!

My wife and I have gone to Joy Wilen for 30 plus years. There's never been one complaint. She has the integrity of twenty people. We will continue to do business with her as long as is viable.

Joy and her associates are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They don't treat customers like customers, Joy and her associates bark orders and expect their customers to fulfill her every demand the moment that they give them. Joy Wilen hung up the phone on me while I was trying to make arrangements to pick up my documents. I've never been treated so badly. I'm appalled that they are still in business with such poor business practices. I would never recommend Wilen and Associates to anyone.
