S & H Parking System

We parked in the lot for the Cardinals game on 5/29/23 at Gratiot and 6th. We left the game early to go to a Birthday Party. We were stuck in the lot because half the section was blocked off. A parked jeep and large SUV was blocking us to leave the exit. This is just someone who doesn't care. We called and they said they would be there in 20 minutes. They never came. Finally the game let out, cars left and we were able to leave after a 55 minute ordeal. Never again! You lost my business!

I’ve parked in one of their lots for one year now month after month I’ve had to go to their yard for passes. Not customer service oriented not friendly. They treat everyone like they’ve just towed your car And it’s the last time they’ll see you. The two siblings that work the counter just stare at you with their mouths open and can only take payment. Any questions and they have to radio or call someone. I’m going to another company due to my experience.

Hands down the rudest employee I've ever dealt with. Wish my property owner would take her business elsewhere so I didn't have to deal with the same man cursing me out every time I need to call him. EXTREMLY rude,would give zero stars if I could.
