I can honestly say I’ve never had a better doctor appt experience than I recently had with Dr. Terpstra and her amazing staff. The woman who greeted me as I walked in was so friendly and check in was a breeze. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes before I was brought back, and never once did I have to sit in a room waiting and waiting for someone to see me. Every part of the procedure was explained clearly and I never once felt rushed with my questions. Very happy with my experience here, and I would be more than happy to refer others in the future.

How refreshing to have a completely positive experience from beginning to end! Everyone was as kind as they could be, extremely patient and helpful and I especially appreciated that results of the ultrasound were given immediately so I didn't have to wait to hear how treatment would be handled. I had a procedure done on my legs about 10 years ago. Everything went well. Clean facility. Great staff and doctor. I feel like they took real good care of my concerns. Recently I had some issues with the blood in my veins not flowing like it should. I decided to go back to this same doctor. She definitely is very knowledgeable and so is her staff. She is a doctor I would trust to go back and see if need be. Definitely a place you can go to and feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

So far so good. They worked with my insurance (Aetna) to determine quirks:. I must use compression stockings for 12 weeks before a procedure will be authorized.

So before I left the office the stockings had been ordered and appts for followups and procedures already scheduled.
