Don't miss this place!! I can't say enough about how good the food, service and atmosphere ALL are here. Regional Italian wines, exceptional food and the best staff we had in all of our visit to Chicago! Thanks to Laura and all the rest of the staff. Make sure you get a recommendation for wine from her and then sit back, enjoy and don't skip dessert.

Cozy restaurant serving amazing food and offering a great wine list. We had the Homemade Gnocchi and the Cavatelli Adriatico Frutti di Mare, both delicious, with Surani Primitivo wine, also very good. Dessert was Fresh Passion Fruit Pana Cota, delicious. All that with a 10 star service. Laura went above and beyond to make us feel at home, was very helpful with our choices and very careful with an order to go (Fresh Orecchiette com Ossa e Bracciole - amazing!) so it would only be ready when we were done eating, and it would get home still hot. Great experience! Will be back for sure.

Absolutely delicious food!!! 5 Stars for sure!!! Lamb chops, lobster shrimp ravioli, branzino... Desserts are amazing. Coming back for sure, can't wait to try more stuff

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise! We decided to eat here because we needed something nearby and agreeable (after all, who doesn't like Italian food?). That said, Osteria Trulli would make for a fine special occasion restaurant. The interior is beautiful, with its brick faux trulli houses on the walls and other charming accents. They have a woodfire oven, which elevates things like bread and pizza to new heights. The pasta appeared to be fresh and handmade. The sauces were all phenomenal. The pricing is definitely special occasion pricing, and you will pay for bottles of water, just like in Europe. That said, the high quality is reflected in all areas: in the ambiance, in the service, and in the food. You must give Osteria Trulli a try!

If you want authentic Italian, this is the place to go! The menu looked liked it was picked right out of Italy and the food was delicious. You could really tell it was homemade and it felt like I was back in Italy with just the atmosphere alone. They have a diverse menu and honestly you can't go wrong with whatever you choose. Definitely make a reservation because the inside is a little small and it's usually pretty booked from my experience. This is our go-to Italian restaurant now, I hope you make it yours!

The food and atmosphere was GREAT. They specially made a franchise for me and it was amazing we talked to the owner and and he was nice as can be. One of the best Italian places i’ve ever been to and it was completely reasonable pricing. The people who wrote bad reviews must be crazy because there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place.

Great food from this region of Italy. Since it's near the ocean, lots of seafood options. I had the homemade gnocchi, delicious. Atmosphere is like an old Italian village. Tha place is small. My mom found it to be loud. I found it to be similar to downtown Chicago restaurants. We loved it and will be back. Hidden gem.

The food is amazing! The service is great, and they will prepare the food accordingly to your dietary restrictions plus they have a nice patio. Amazing place!

Delicious Italian food. Fresh seafood. We used to visit Giovanni's restaurant in Lincoln Square and came upon his restaurant in Arlington heights by accident. Enjoying a meal at this small gem is no accident. We've been back a couple times already. Worth the drive.

A cozy atmosphere, friendly service, an artistic ambience right off Italy; this has one to be one of the finest and delicious Italian restaurants in the northwest suburbs. The food was fantastic, tiramisu even better and a special honory mention to the house baked bread!

Just left Osteria Trulli. OMG! It was so wonderful. The service was fabulous. And it was pretty busy.
We had three different people taking care of us. The portions were huge plus the food was excellent and very freshly made. We ordered a bunch of dishes plus an appetizer Plus desserts to share. I highly recommend them. They're also open for lunch. One of my friends is Italian and the other one has been to Italy numerous times they both said the food was very authentic. This place blows me away. I’ll definitely return.

Cute little Italian restaurant set in side a strip mall. Food was fantastic, pasta was cooked to perfection. Sausage sandwich was full of flavor and large portion. The service was excellent! You gotta try this place! We ordered the lunch portion pasta which was filling. Fresh crusty baked bread was served as well. I love dipping it into the fresh olive oil and don't forget the cheese!

I can not explain how much I love this place. The food, the staff, the atmosphere, all of it. I live in Chicago and take the 45 min drive out here as often as I can. Some might think it is a little pricey but that is not the case, look at how much food you get and they don't go light on the ingredients. I am a customer for life!

Cozy, quaint authentic Italian cuisine - a hidden gem! Don't let the strip mall location fool you, this restaurant was divine! Delightful and helpful staff, and the food was INCREDIBLE! I had the lobster ravioli, my husband had the seafood risotto and each bite was pure joy! Definitely coming back!
