I am disappointed with this dry cleaning service. I dropped off a bag of clothes and paid over $115 to have 13 pieces dry cleaned. I bought in a newborn outfit and was charged for the tiny outfit, bib, and hat individually. The suits were well cleaned and pressed but the button down shirts we’re still wrinkled and many of the clothes still had stains I was able to remove myself! One item was still covered in cat hair the exact same way I bought it! This was by far the most expensive cleaner I have been to and the quality of service did not match the price. I will not be returning

Yesterday, December 21, 2023, I brought two boys 2 piece suits in to be dry cleanned. The suits were soiled as one of the boys sat on a white frosted cupcake. I asked if the suits could be ready the next day by 5:00 p.m. The person behind the counter said the next day would be fine but due to the spiling, she would havt to charge an extra $2.00. I agreed and was handed a receipt with a charge of $43.90. I declined and took the suits to CD One Price Cleaners in Orland Park and $19.00. I will not be returning to Palos Park Cleaners.
