I Just turned 21 in February, not knowing much about car insurance, I gave State Farm a call with a couple questions. Luckily Sergio was quick to inform me of the policies that would be the perfect fit for me!

Jeff is a great Agent to work with and the also the staff in the office, especially Michelle. They practice good customer service for personal and business insurance and respond to our requests quickly. They are able to advise regarding different policy options and different insurance needs. While I have not met Jeff yet, I will say the staff is amazing and provide really great customer service. Jazmin and Amber are really great. They've checked in on a couple times since signing up about a month ago. When I first signed up, Jazmin, spent quite some time (about an hour +) with me on the phone to build the perfect plan. Then, after signing up: Amber has checked in on us a couple of times. She most recently checked in on us regarding our modules needed for the drive safe plan. I told her that we didn't receive the modules needed for my car from corporate. Due to my demanding schedule: Amber offered to drive the modules to me directly so I don't loose the benefit. Now that's customer service! All around great experience thus far!

Jeff and his team are awesome. They go above and beyond what you would expect an insurance agent should do. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Jeff keep up the great work. Thank you Jeff, Amber, and the rest of the staff for all you have done.

Jeff and his team are always so helpful and patient! Everybody there has amazing customer service but I especially love working with Jazmin. I have asked a lot of questions and Jazmin always takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. I recently filed a claim and received my check in the mail in less than a week. I am a customer for life!

We have been highly satisfied with the service for a long time now and the standards have just been exceeded since we've made the switch to Jeff Ninness' office. His team is made up of the most attentive, detail-oriented and friendly people my family has seen when it comes to insurance.

Really terrible experience turned around by excellent help. This office is incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. In Jan 2022 I had a catalytic converter stolen. Between the claims offices at State Farm and the mechanic, there was a lot of unusual miscommunication about the claim, and as a result the claims process ended up being much longer than it was supposed to. That kind of issue can be really difficult to deal with as a customer, but this State Farm office had my back and really strongly advocated for me the entire way through the process and made sure that in the end my claim was handled properly.

I made my first claim with State Farm after having them for over 15 years. They made the process extremely easy. This firm I would recommend. They made everything easy and kept me calm with my claim for my brand new 2020 car. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Cynthia Ramirez. She followed-up with me as well as call the dealership on my behalf every few days so I did not have to do anything. She was amazing through this process. I have both my house and auto insurance through this branch. I would tell anyone looking for insurance to go here.
