I came on one of them -0° days to get my battery replaced, and the young lady was there by herself with the security guard. She was handling phones, customers in front of her, getting parts, batteries, and all! By Herself! Did not say one mean thing, did not look mad. She handled everything professionally. I don't remember her name, but y'all know the day she was by herself! Good Job Ma'am!!

Great store. Clean, well stocked, with personable employees. They have armed security and I've seen them shake down ppl more than once, so don't make the mistake of thinking this is the place to go for that foolery 😆.

Great experience with this location. All of the employees were helping or ready to help and were extremely patient and kind with explaining details and instructions to me.

Auto Zone saved the day when I was turned down for a 3 month warranty exchange on a 3yr, $199, top of the line battery at O'Reilly's down the street.

The security guard will have a difficult time telling guests to wear a face mask when he chooses not to himself. Easy fix though. I got my battery and got back on the road soon after.

Went there this weekend and got two jacks@ $14 each, on sale. And they had plenty. Good service and they were quick.

Auto Zone usually has what I need to get the job done. And if not they have it next day. The staff is friendly and helpful.
