10 out of 10 stars if I could give 10 stars. I've wanted to try Sport Clips for a while and was not disappointed. I really needed a haircut and was able to get Nina. Thank you Nina for one of my best haircuts. Very professional, friendly and a very clean establishment. I was quite stressed out that day & in a rush as my mother was in the hospital and they were able to accommodate me last minute with no waiting. I had a coupon so I finally tried SC. Nina was just awesome and so understanding. Can't say enough about this location and Nina. Will be returning. The only downside (if there is one) is you really can't make a concrete appointment time. Completely understandable because of "walk-ins" but if you have a busy schedule - it might be a bit difficult to get a confirmed time (with no waiting) tho you can request it online. There might be a wait at times although I did not experience that and it won't be a deterrent to returning. Thank you again! I was so overpaying at various high end salons and they did just as good of a job - even better and at a more affordable price.

I’ve been coming here for the last year or so and have always had a great experience. Hairdressers are very friendly and efficient. The store is clean and it is evident that management takes pride in their store.

This sport clips is the best. Been getting my hair cut there since grand opening! Nina has been cutting my hair. She is extremely professional and is amazing at cutting hair. I have recommended this Sport Clips to all of my friends. Store is very clean and organized.

I have been going to the North Arlington Heights location for roughly 2.5 years. Nina has been my hair stylist professional since the moment I used their services. I’d recommend this Sport Clips to everyone!

This was my first time visit to sports clips and I must say they are good. I took my two and half year girls for her first haircut. She enjoyed it. The stylist was friendly and she would let me know when I need to divert my kid so we can get the work done soon. My little one got a cute haircut. Thanks.

Alright, so I've always strayed from Sport Clips because it feels like a place dude-bros go to, like, totally sweat on that bitty from last night. And aesthetically speaking...yes, it's totally that place. It kinda feels like Skip Bayliss threw up in a building.

If you can survive that though, the service and amenities are actually pretty nice. The stylists are pretty good and the packages are reasonably priced. My first time they upgraded me for free and I got a shampoo, scalp massage, shoulder/neck rub, and beard trim free with my haircut. I'm not a fancy person but this may be the most relaxed I've ever been. They were friendly and delt with my kid destroying the waiting area pretty well too (I had family watching her to clean up. I'm not a complete savage).

Give it a check. I'll go back when I can.

I've always had excellent service from this location. Can be busy at random times (good thing) so the app does make it easy even though I'm annoyed by needing yet another app I'll use once a month or so. Great people and worth the money

Great haircuts and very friendly professional staff. I’ve been going to this Sportclips location since they opened and have been very pleased with my entire experience from the easy convenient online checkin service, the amazing haircuts from all the girls,the relaxing MVP shampoo and hot towel, and being educated on what products to use on my hair.
My first haircut was free but I think these girls work very hard and deserve to be tipped well for a great job well done making me feel like a million bucks !

The stylists at North Arlington Heights Sportclips are very friendly and welcoming! They are very well trained and knowledgeable at both haircuts and products. The building itself is very clean and brand new. Plus they have sports playing on all their TVs. I recommend the MVP experience and checking in online! Go Cubs :)

First time ever getting a haircut at a place that wasn't a barber shop, the lady that began to cut my hair was very nice just didn't know exactly how to cut it. Kelly the superstar of that establishment saved it. Idk what she makes but it's not enough. Kelly if you see this ill be back.

Josie does a great job every time I go see her. Always recommends new products that she has tried and thinks will work for me. She’s awesome at what she does and I will continue to see her when I get a haircut.

Nina gave my husband a great hiaircut! Salon is very clean and organized and all stylists are professional and. Wet knowledge this will definitely be his new go to salon! Nina is the best!

Love this location! The staff is super nice, it's always sparkling clean, and you can usually get in within 15-20 minutes during the weekdays.
