Being new to the area, I needed to get some bows done for an upcoming event for my girls. I heard of Cheer Bows Xpress from a coworker and she told me how fast, and hassle free it was working with Mike.
I had a bulk order and wasn't sure if Mike woudl be able to get them completed in such a short turn around. I am impressed, Mike was extremely friendly and put my mind at ease at his constant reassurance that everything would be accurate and shipped in a timely matter. My name is Brittany and I am with Lightning All-Stars in Buffalo, NY. This is my second year using Mike from Cheer Bows Xpress and I will continue to use this company for years to come. All it takes is an easy e-mail or phone call explaining what I want and the order is put right in and my bows are shipped out within a week. and I have yet to be disappointed in any of the 4 designs we have ordered from. He is very friendly and very easy to work with. Last season I was texting him pictures with colors to make sure they match the color swatch he was using on the bow. It matched perfectly ! He takes that extra step for the customer and makes me feel like I'm just chatting with a friend. I would recommend him to anyone I come across. Also, I will always support small businesses. Our competition team had their bows made here and our gym loved them so much we decided to get them for our exhibition squads! We were on a tight budget and they worked with us and came up with an AMAZING design that made our exhibition girls feel like they were a part of the competition team!
