Heeyoung and Ron are the most amazing, caring agents I’ve ever dealt with. I came here with my mom to get help with another company's life insurance policy and they sat down to help us because that company had become unresponsive. Not only did she take time out of her day to assist us like we were family, her and Ron sat with us for an hour helping us troubleshoot our issues. Just far and above and beyond anything that we can ask of these agents. Heeyoung and Ron has earned our business for a lifetime with this gesture. Thank you so much again!

I’ve been with State Farm now for 3 months and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Han has helped me seamlessly transition from my previous company and even recently worked during his personal time to get insurance for my new car. My brother told me that Han has also helped him save about 50% of what he use to pay in car and house insurance. I can’t say enough for the outstanding customer service that me and my family have received from their office.

In general, I dislike dealing with anything remotely related to insurance, but Ms Kim and her team did a great job of guiding me through my first auto collision claim. My parents have used state farm for decades and they've taken great care of our family.

Emily has to be the most helpful insurance agent I have ever met and worked with. She was so patient in explaining and answering any questions I had. She also went above and beyond by helping me deal with another horrible insurance issue not affiliated with State Farm. Emily was so helpful and the fact that she helped me solve some issues where she was not gaining anything made me want to visit her more and recommend this firm to friends and family. Great service, very accommodating! I worked with Han and he was able to update my life insurance policy over the phone after I sent him the necessary documents. He replies promptly and is always professional. I have recommended him and this location to family and friends.

I would give this state farm a 5 out of 5! Everyone is very friendly and professional. Their customer service is outstanding. While I was dealing with a claim where the other party was not responsive and supportive, everyone from this state farm, especially Ronald and Emily, did everything they can to assist me and to resolve the issue for me. Both Ronald and Emily definitely went above and beyond to help me and support me regarding my claim. I would totally recommend this state farm to everyone. This location has been great and responsive. Their representatives always answer my questions quickly and helped with updating my auto policy changes and address change without any hassles. When I moved, Han helped me with getting renter's insurance added asap. Highly recommend this location for their professionalism and awesome customer service

I used State Farm different agent years ago but had a bad experience and switched around. Definitely was unsure coming back but did about 2 years ago. My agent Ronald has been great! Recently experienced a hit and run and the staff here is just on top of their game. I pretty much didn't have to do anything, they took care of everything and best part is they updated me along the way. Very glad I came back to SF and to this particular location.

Mrs. Kim and Ron are like family (because of Covid haven’t been able to know the rest of the team as much as i would like, but thank you for your work everyone!) Despite the team getting bigger, they are still responsive and really make sure things are done and done correctly and quickly.
