My firm manages several larger commercial properties, and we have repeatedly worked with and utilized the services of Roof Options. This would include numerous annual inspections of the sites, as well as providing roof reports and suggested repairs. We have also worked them on repairs to be performed as well as complete new roofs. All services have always met as they promised and were very satisfactory. Never had any issues or complaints.

RoofOptions have been one of the best vendors my company has employed. The salesperson is always very responsive and has been endlessly helpful in coming up with workable solutions to difficult circumstances. The scheduler is equally responsive and their service techs do a excellent job of photographing and writing reports for the customer portal. The customer portal alone is an enormous help to us and makes dispatching and tracking historical service calls a snap. And their roof inspection program helps us get ahead of a potential issue before it becomes a bothersome leak. I truly wish that I could clone them for all of my property management vendor jobs!

On a recent repair job, the company completed all work in a very professional and timely manner. Within budget and workmanship was very good.
After a the repair work, we had the company quote to replace a roof at a different location. The work was completed as prescribed and the job was completed without issues of any kind. They worked with the occupants of the building and went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed on time and within budget.Would hire again without hesitation.

They are responsive and handle emergency service requests well, but expensive compared to others licensed roofers and work is hit or miss

If their installation is anything like their drivers, you should consider going with a different company.
