The space: This is my favorite salon I’ve ever been to! I’d describe it as zen, eclectic, and bright. I felt so relaxed during my appointment and loved exploring all of the little details in Kristen’s space. She even has a cool kitchen area in the salon and offered snacks and drinks, which added to the experience.

The hair: I LOVE MY HAIR! I asked for a blended, lived-in look and that is exactly what Kristen delivered. My hair feels incredibly soft and the products she uses smell amazingggg. I’m also pretty sure I fell asleep during the scalp massage with a warm towel on my neck.

The stylist: Kristen provided a really enjoyable experience for me and is such a sweet and talented person. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her and highly recommend you book a service with her as well!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Kristen was INCREDIBLE! I trusted her completely and she listened to every concern/want/need. Such a relaxing experience and she went above and beyond, plus she was so kind and friendly!! Highly recommended the salon in general but also Kristen specifically!!

Alyssa is my go to girl at 13th and Washington. No matter what change I want in my color she hits it out of the park every time! I wanted to go from summer blonde tones to Richer golden tones for fall. Alyssa keeps my hair in excellent shape, using the best of products, feeling healthier and stronger every time I see her. I love spending time in her chair and needless to say I absolutely love the Loft salon.

Alyssa did a fantastic job with my hair color and gave me some great hair trips and got me going with some good hair products. She’s also very personable, and I had a great time talking with her about various topics. I highly recommended her and this salon. It’s in a great spot, and bright and cheery.

Kristen is nothing short of amazing! Every time I have come in, she does a thorough consultation with me beforehand. Even when I struggle to express what I want for my hair, Kristen delivers on exactly what I was envisioning. One of the most important things to me was having my hair look good so I didn’t need to come as often. Im at four months since Kristen did my hair and it still looks as good as the day I had it done. I receive compliments all the time on my hair and most of all, it is exactly what I asked for and she designed it to fit me and my lifestyle. Kristen is so talented, wonderful, thorough and such a kind soul. She’s truly the best!

I haven’t felt seen by a stylist until I met Nina. She listens to what I want to do and offers her own opinions, which I always appreciate. I feel like I’m working with a real expert. I always leave feeling so beautiful and my color lasts months.

Alyssa was my stylist and she was fantastic!!! I really enjoyed getting my haircut by her! She was super nice, ensured I was happy with the length of the cut, and gave me some tips on how to blow dry and style my hair! I absolutely recommend her and would definitely go to her again! I'm super happy with the cut she gave me. I can't stop looking at myself! :)

Thirteenth and Washington is such a cute, modern, picturesque salon. I feel immediately calm when I enter the space. I have been getting incredible haircuts, glazes, and Brazilian Blowouts from stylist Kelsey for years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She always listens and creates exactly what I want, but she also offers her expert opinion and guidance. I can honestly say I always walk out of the salon feeling incredible about my hair, and that feeling doesn't fade when I start styling it myself either. She's also so sweet and friendly, and time just flies by while I'm in her chair. I recommend her to my friends and family all the time. I truly can't say enough good things about Kelsey and the whole team at Thirteenth and Washington!
