The food is always good. But there's one problem do not forget your dessert delicious Apple pie And the bottle of water

Honestly I don’t know if they are under new management or what recently but WOW what a turnaround! This location is great now. I came here at 2:45pm on friday 3/3/23 to get some food. When I say this was the most fresh well cooked and seasoned McDonald’s I ever ate in my life! Just wow. 10/10. Whoever was the cook today definitely deserves a raise! I got a double QP and it actually looked perfect like the photo! I never seen McDonald’s that well made. I know a lot of workers may not put in effort to their job because it’s just fast food and many not be the best pay. But the effort really shows here and is appreciated. It made my day after work.

I used to go here before and They would sometimes just hand you your food without even speaking to you. But now the staff was extremely pleasant! Kudos to the workers and the management. Keep up the good work. And whoever is cooking in the kitchen on this day please let that person train every McDonald’s cook in Chicago!

Make sure to check your order before leaving the store but food was very good. Service was pleasant and the atmosphere was welcoming. Good prices not too expensive

This is a fantastic Mcdonald’s. The food always tastes good and stays hot for a long time. Most importantly, the staff at this location are incredibly hard working and very responsive. They put out orders very quickly and never get anything wrong. They are always very kind and communicative. I also really appreciate their Covid safety responses. I wish all locations were as high performing, I would go to Mcdonald’s more often.

Service is fairly quick even through the pandemic times. The staff is friendly and my orders are usual right. Plenty of parking but it can get really busy. You can order through the drive through or inside. Indoor seating is unavailable but outdoor is ok

I go there and grab a quick meal every now and then I noticed the young cashiers always standing there ready to serve you with the most beautiful smile and that's always a great thing most of them are very polite make you want to come back over and over again I just want to say thank you I appreciate you very much keep up the great work God bless you all, last week me and my brother was there and he ordered something but the cashier made a mistake! Because she was so very nice about it we just kept it!! She is a great young lady.

As a female Limo driver it can be hard to find a decent rest stop... The staff is always friendly, smiling and accommodating without fuss even though they are usually busy. Never a dirty look or impatience when I stop by. 5 stars... Thank you

This McDonalds gets a lot of business from nearby offices and schools. Always busy but usually very quick and accurate on all orders. Doesn't always get the promotions others around Chicago have, but if you're looking for anything typically on the menu, they have you covered. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask for your sauce extras when your order is called, as that's usually the only thing you'll be missing.

Took my son to dine in as a dinner treat. The dining room was very clean, quiet and they had a movie playing. Service was quick and the employees were nice. The bathroom smelled good too.

The few times I have been here I have always received hot fresh food and the staff is vary friendly. I was there during my lunch at 11am

My experience from placing my order, waiting in the drive thru and paying for my order was good customer service. All of my wants were met and needed no improvements.

The McDonald's at the headquarters has some of the best and fastest service. I typically order a quarter pounder with cheese which is 100% fresh beef, cooked to order. I usually have to wait an extra minute or two while it cooks but I don't mind since it's made to order.

This is one of the best McDonald's, I think, the times that I've visited my food is usually fresh and hot, and the service is not bad either 😀

Its been a while since I've been there, but I was very impressed with the manager there today 3/16 at 11am she had them moving she was covering all bases I was very impressed by her. Mickey D's is my go to I've seen long line staff talking while we wait for out food, calling the manager talk they need help on the line(46th and Cottage Grove, 69th & Dan Ryan 79th and Phillps that one I've boycotted for years.
