I got my HPV vaccine here. The person who gave the vaccine was exceptionally skilled, I couldn't even feel a thing. The staff made every effort to make sure all details were correct and were efficient too. I will get the rest of my vaccines here.

I came in this walgreens and felt so happy leaving out. A young lady name raven just made me and my husband day. She was fast and had patience and good customer.Will definitely be back.

The older guy turned my sick in pain wife away saying that they do not take her Cigna PPO insurance, but this young lady came to her rescue and saved the day by actually knowing her job and knowing the systems that they work with, she was excellent I wish I could name her but I would describe her as a young dark skinned lady with pretty nails on her hands, she got my wife in and out with no issues, thank you sweet heart and she was so polite alllll day with me and my wife she deserves a raise. Great work young lady!

I truly enjoy this Walgreens. The Pharmacy and Regular Tellers are very courteous. I enjoy their delivery service. This particular Walgreen Staff is over-worked due to the high volume of customers. I even notice that; but they get the job done. I'd unionize if I was on staff to get more help. Good Job Staff.

I noticed a big change when I called Walgreens in Hyde Park to get a refill today. The gentleman who’s name is Guy Was so nice and so helpful. He’s said he’s from your Center Well Pharmacy. Guy was so kind, considerate and has exceptional customer service skills. I hope they keep this up!! Thanks so much Humana.

Wow I can't say enough about that store the workers there to me very good people I just love them.

I recently had an appointment with the Nurse practitioner at this location. Her name is Michelle and she’s great! Personable, helpful and professional. I’ve seen some of the other reviews, I know each experience is different but my experience was excellent. Thank you Michelle much appreciated!

This has been my pharmacy for 20 yrs +. I'm shocked by the - reviews.
The pharmacist David is excellent going over and above. Yes there is a wait sometimes but never crazy lonng. I have asked several young men where to find something...they even went to the stock room to check for me. Cashiers always speak and remind me about using my rewards points. Recently after shopping my car would not srart...they even called U of C security to come help me. Love my Walgreens. If you go with a negative attitude ..you just might get that back. Never has been my experience.

If you are in the Kenwood-Hyde Park area, I would like to recommend this location to you. At first glance it seems crowed but that’s only because everyone is avoiding going to the 47th street location.

Every cashier I’ve encountered has been nothing but friendly. And I always find a great deal while I’m here.

The only concern that I ever had was with the female security guard that worked there early evenings. She walked around talking (loudly) with her friends (who are not staff) and did not appear to want to be there. I like this location and one person’s unprofessionalism shouldn’t reflect poorly on everyone, so I mentioned to the manager what I saw. I haven’t seen this young lady in weeks, and the security guard that’s there now is great.

Not only is the pharmacy outstanding, kind and caring not matter how busy they are. The cashiers are friendly and efficient even thought the store is always pack and customers are demanding. Best Walgreens I’ve been too.

I have be successfully so far with the use of the pharmacy department. Sometimes the customers come in with a negative attitude. The want to be serviced as soon as the walk into Walgreen’s. Life is a waiting process. Relax you will be served.

Pharmacists here always do their best!! It’s better to go late at night bc of crowds but other than that I never have an issue here!

It was about 11 pm at night. me and my friend were driving and we had the munchies. and for some reason we got a cassette adapter, an American Express pre-paid debit card (for porn), and sun chips. Needles to say, our lives changed forever. they were the most uplifting and polite people I had the pleasure to meet. I love this place. :)

So I loved it there the doctor was a little plane Jane but the out side staff made me feel like someone special first off they both made sure that the glasses that I picked out fit my face and no joke we looked at all the glasses to make sure the glasses I got were nice and there a discount going on and and they made sure I made sure knew about it

The neighborhood is nice overall this Walgreens store seems fair the only problem is some of the employees need an attitude adjustment because the things I've experienced are ridiculous other than that this is still a nice store and good location.

Nice lady in eye glass department tightened my glasses. Pharmacist successfully argued with insurance company.

Pharmacy techs are nice store is clean and employees are spectacular great customer service way better than the Niles, I'll location where I just moved from.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Everyone including security guard helped me while looking for certain items and components
