Several of our lights went off at the same time. Patriot Electrical Services was able to arrange for two workers to come in and complete the work. They were successful in resolving the issue, which included the replacement of some pot lights. Their ideas for new pot lights were fantastic, and we now have even more light! They were really neat and considerate of the walls and floor. We were quite taken aback. They come highly recommended.

Patriot Electrical Services were recommended by our general contractor and I called them to troubleshoot some baffling electrical issues we were having in the house. They responded quickly and professionally and found the cause of the problem in 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with the response and how knowledgeable the employee was! He fixed all requests and was very neat... I would recommend their service to our friends.

James was one of the most polite and professional technicians that has ever been into my condo. He completed the required repair quickly and competently. The price was reasonable. I will continue to use Patriot Electrical Services for electrical needs in the future.

Patriot Electrical Services has been my "go-to" electricians for over three years. They recently replaced four of my baseboard heaters, as well as repaired and installed outlets and light fixtures. Joe and his apprentice Chris arrived on time, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job, and Tony, who has provided quotes for various jobs over the years, has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with the electrical authorities. This is the second time I've enlisted the help of Patriot Electrical Services. The first time was when the house was rewired. It was for smaller jobs this time, such as replacing track lighting with pot lights, moving a dryer, and repairing a bathroom fan. I'd call Patriot again in a heartbeat because the guys were pleasant and willing to take on whatever odd job I had for them. You can't go wrong with this company for any job, big or small. They're well worth the money.

The electricians fixed the issue I had with our dryer outlet. They were on time, easy to communicate with, and were very thorough in figuring out what the underlying issue was. I highly recommend this company! We had him upgrade our panel and install recessed lighting in our great room. He and his helper were very professional, very friendly, left little mess, and the price was reasonable. 5 stars, highly recommended!

I just had Patriot Electrical Services come out to fix lighting issues in my kitchen and basement. They showed up right on time, fixed every issue that I had and did it in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!! Hard to find good companies these days but this is one of the great ones.

We hired Patriot Electrical Services to perform an electrical panel upgrade, as well as other minor fixes around the house such as installing GFCI outlets, splitting bathroom light and fan switches, and taking power outlets off of light switches. They arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very helpful in answering questions and seeking input from us where necessary.

Patriot Electrical Services arrived during the service window, and James called me a good half-hour in advance so I had time to get home to meet them. Friendly fast service, and James explained exactly what he was doing to fix my problem. Highly recommended.

Installation of a plug for my EV into my condo was a challenge because of the location of the breaker box in relation to the main breaker and the location of the plug. Thinking outside the box, tech resolved the issue and installed the needed plug in the location I requested. When done, the place was cleaner than when he arrived. Timely, thorough, professional, and courteous.

Recently bought a home that needed quite a bit of electrical work done. Patriot Electrical Services technicians were extremely proficient, responsive, and experienced. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. They were able to work around painters that we had there that day as well which wasn't exactly easy. I would highly mention them to anyone needing electrical work done.

Patriot Electrical Services were professional, competent, and courteous. They took care of our problem correctly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and we plan to use this company again to upgrade more of our electrical equipment.

I cannot over-emphasize enough just how impressed I was with the service I received from SPatriot Electrical Services. I called them today inquiring on installing a new external power outlet and slotted me in the same day and did an amazing job. I will be using them every time from now on when I need electrical work done.

The tech was very knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done to resolve our issue promptly. He even worked past the business hours to make sure it was fully taken care of. I would highly recommend this company and will be using it in the future if needed.

Joe oversaw the complete rewiring of a 2300 square foot home. His crew was wonderful to work with. I can see why they are the most successful business. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Called on 12/28 to install a timer switch. Was told they could be there 12/29. He asked what time and I asked what time they start? He said 8:00, I said that sounds good to me.
12/29 nobody called or showed up, I called at 8:45 to check on their status. She told me I was on the schedule for 12/29 but they don’t give out times, they are only a dispatch service and they have not from their “technician” but we were still on the schedule for 12/29 “sometime”. Didn’t hear a thing from them the rest of the day.

No call, no show, don’t waste your time!!

BTW they show their address as 600 Meadowood Lane in Wilmington, IL. Those are residential townhouses, I used to live at 701 Meadowood Lane years ago.

This is a SERVICE TRAP, an answering service (in India I guess) selling you expensive membership and $300 quotes. Don't be fooled by the FAKE REVIEWS, you can tell they're fake btw. It's a shyster business. There's better companies out there where you can actually talk to an electrician. Don't waste your time.

The number you call is an answer service that will try to sell you a membership. Otherwise you get charged $300 per trip, even if they don't do anything. That's right, they can do nothing and still charge $300. The membership is also shady as you have no way of enforcing that they show up or not, and they claim you get 10% off, but they could easily price everything you need 20% higher, how would you know?

This was the worst. 1st they never came. Remember this is after I PAID for a $150 membership. Never came, never called, never refunded. I called 5 times to get things resolved and never even got a call back once. Don't ever use this company. SCAM!

$200 fee to call out fee from foreign fraud center sounding answering service. Don’t give information! Reviews are NOT from real people. SCAM and FRAUD. Beware
