4 years ago I was in a bad abusive relationship and my ex destroyed my life my daughters father took advantage of the situation and took her from me I had no parenting time at all for a year till I got on my feet again in Florida my husband and I searched for a few months and came across Otto I felt comfortable with him right away! He assured he would get my daughter back and he never ever let me down! Yes things didn’t always go as I wanted but we did what they all said was impossible within a year I had primary custody back of my daughter and now 3 years later we are able to move to Florida with her which we thought would never happen! I have hired Otto on two seperate occassions. The first case he assisted in helping me get my daughter in my life against heavy opposition, to say the least! I received the most favorable joint custody decision possible. It was a lengthy process but certainly worth it. The second was not the most favorable outcome I wanted, but he still managed to solidify some essential pieces for the future and gave his all. Everything happens for a reason and just because there wasn't a total victory in custoday change, like I wanted I still am greatful for the overall results, because God knows my situation could certainly be worse based off of the slander and false accusations that he had to constantly defend against. The fact is it's not an even playing field for Dad's but remain optomistic with the direction the Father's rights movement is heading in. If you are looking for a dedicated lawyer, who is as honest and hard working, as it gets in this cut-throat industry then you should hire him. There are plenty of other top dollar sleezy attorneys to choose from. His rates are fairly reasonable and he is also a guardian in the courts so having that experience is a huge asset. Dealing with an out-of-state attorney, naturally I was worried because there's no way to really reference someone. I rolled the dice after reading as many reviews as I could and doing my own research. Long story short, I could not have made a better choice. Definitely do not make business with this lawyer. He only cares for his bank account. In my case, he was making excuses after excuses in front of the judge, blaming the client (me). When I called him to his office he was never there also he never returned my phone calls. The emails that supposedly his office sent to me were sent to the wrong email address. Para las personas de habla hispana piensen dos veces antes de contratar a este abogado, el no hace nada por ayudar a sus clientes. Clientes que pagamos por un servicio, servicio el cual en mi caso nunca recibi, cuando yo no estaba presente en corte siempre me culpaba de que yo no le entregaba la informacion. Y asi se hace llamar abogado "profesional". Shame on this lawyer.
